I dropped by Aesop as I had concerns about my enlarged pores and blemishes, and I was super grateful that Aqila attended to me ā˜ŗļø She was very patient in checking on my daily cleansing routine and recommended a few products that could fill in the gaps. She even gave a few tips on how to double cleanse my face, as this helps to cut down on the number of steps in my cleansing routine. I tend to get pretty lazy if I need to do multiple steps. I hope to be back again to browse their body fragrances!

Walked into Tampines Aesop on a Sunday afternoon and had an extremely pleasant experience with Audrey. Not only was she knowledgeable about the hand lotions and different scents, and provided recommendations for my skin type, she was also not pushy! I would definitely return and look for her again for my Aesop needs.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Introduced all four types of body wash available and offered us to try them all. Was very patient in explaining the different scents and also recommended the promotional packages.

I had the most wonderful experience visiting this Aesop store. I didn't have much knowledge of this brand prior to visiting, but I had my breath taken away by the exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Aqilah, who was super helpful and patient with me, even giving me a tour of the entire store, going the extra mile, and sharing with me the stories behind each product I was curious about, really selling me the purposeful and authentic brand experience Aesop desires to communicate. The store itself is so cozy; I really got the feeling of being a guest in a wonderful host's space. It was a shame I didn't have a jacket to hang up for their complimentary cardigan spritzing service, but the guilt-free peppermint tea was lovely 🄰

It was my first visit to Aesop. I was looking for a Vitamin C serum and body shampoo. I was served by Hui Qi, and the experience was great! They have ready samples in the store, and she gave me samples to try on the spot. I bought Geranium Body Cleanser and Lucent Facial Serum for my own use and a customised gift set for my GF. I will definitely come back again!

I would like to extend special compliments to Xiang Ying, who served me during my very first visit to Aesop at Tampines. I went on a Saturday around 11 am and could see that the store was bustling due to the holiday period. I took a look around on my own as I found all the staff to be busy but felt quite lost as I was looking for a gift. I stood around, waiting for a staff member to become available. Xiang Ying was in the middle of packing something when she noticed me waiting. She was the staff member who walked over, asking if I needed help—much to my relief! She was patient and very sweet as she listened to my gift requirements. Even though I changed my mind about the product halfway through, she showed no signs of irritation. Xiang Ying even went the extra mile to show me the popular scents around the store, from body wash to shampoo. She was extremely patient and accommodating with my queries, and thanks to her, I was able to purchase what I needed efficiently. Thank you for the great shopping experience at Aesop!

Very disappointed with my experience at Challenger. I bought an earpiece and was told by the staff that it comes with a 1-year warranty and that I could return to the shop if there were any issues. Just 1 month later, the earpiece started having problems—disconnecting and breaking. When I went back to the shop, they told me that they only cover issues within 7 days, and now I have to contact the service center myself. This was never mentioned during purchase. To make things worse, the store manager was extremely rude, didn’t even bother to explain properly or apologize—just shoved the service center’s contact details at me and walked off. No responsibility taken at all. Worst customer service ever. Will think twice before buying anything from Challenger again!

Bought an iPhone 15, and the salesman didn’t seem knowledgeable. I was also disappointed that they didn’t have the pink iPhone on display, so we couldn’t see what it looked like in real life until we purchased it. However, Singtel also didn't have it on display, so perhaps it’s an agreement with Apple or something. Worst of all, this branch ran out of adapters, so we waited for a staff member (apparently their boss) to go to Tampines 1 to get one, and it took more than 15 minutes. Overall, quite a subpar experience.

Came by this evening to get a laptop for my son. I shared with a staff member (a spectacled, tall Chinese boy) the specific requirements provided by his school. The staff member was very rude and kept pushing me to buy a laptop that had lower specs than what was required. He kept saying that this was enough. Of course, I asked questions, and he started to get irritated. Why would I be paying more than 1.5k for a laptop that did not meet my son's needs? I have been a strong supporter of buying my IT products from Challenger, but you just lost a customer. I ended up buying a laptop from the shop downstairs. Challenger needs to start training their staff on having a better attitude in customer service.

Kian attended and helped check the laptop that I purchased. He made sure that everything was fine before I left the outlet. The young lady at the checkout was also friendly and helpful. I hope that the rest of the staff follow their example.
