I've been a long-time patron of this store, and the food is usually good, especially the chicken wings. However, I had to write this review based on my Christmas Lunch 2024 purchase. I'm not sure if the cook is new or just unhappy about working on a public holiday, but the effort put into the food was a joke. The chicken wings were under-seasoned and overcooked. The fried rice was mushy, under-seasoned, and poorly mixed, with visible clumps of white rice. Even my fiancé’s bee hoon was dry and bland. Fei Shiong needs to maintain standards for who is allowed to cook if they want to survive in the competitive food and beverage industry.

Dropped by Aesop as I have concerns with my enlarged pores and blemishes, and I'm super grateful that Aqila attended to me ☺️ She was very patient checking my daily cleansing routine and recommended a few products that could fill in the gaps. She even gave a few tips on how to double cleanse my face, as this helps cut down on the number of steps in my cleansing routine. I do get pretty lazy if I need to do multiple steps in my routine. Hope to be back again to browse their body fragrances!

This evening, around 6:30 PM, I stopped by Aesop Tampines. Despite the small number of people, the staff was warm and attentive, suggesting thoughtful gift ideas while listening attentively. We engaged in conversations over cups of freshly poured mint tea while awaiting the preparation of my purchase. I appreciate the personalized service delivered with genuine passion! Cheers!

Walked into the Tampines Aesop on a Sunday afternoon and had an extremely pleasant experience with Audrey. Not only was she knowledgeable about the hand lotions, the different scents, and recommendations for my skin type, but she was also not pushy! I would definitely return and look for her again for my Aesop needs!

I had the most wonderful experience visiting this Aesop outlet. I didn't know much about this brand before visiting, but I was taken aback by the exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Aqilah, who was super helpful and patient with me. She even gave me a tour of the whole store experience and was eager to go the extra mile, sharing the stories behind each product I was curious about. She really sold me on the purposeful and authentic brand experience Aesop desires to communicate. The store itself is so cozy; I really felt like a guest in a wonderful host's space. It's a shame I didn't have a jacket to use with their complimentary cardigan spritzing service, but the guilt-free peppermint tea was lovely 🥰

My first visit to Aesop was a success. I was looking for a Vitamin C serum and body shampoo. Hui Qi served me, and the experience was great! They have samples ready in the store, and she let me try them on the spot. I bought the Geranium Body Cleanser and Lucent Facial Serum for myself, and a customized gift set for my girlfriend. I will definitely come back again!

I would like to give special compliments to Xiang Ying, who served me during my very first visit to Aesop at Tampines. I went on a Saturday around 11 am and could see that the store was bustling due to the holiday period. I looked around on my own, as I found all the staff to be busy, but felt quite lost as I was looking for a gift. I stood around waiting for the staff to be available. Xiang Ying was in the middle of packing something when she noticed me waiting and was the staff member who walked over, asking if I needed help, much to my relief! She was patient and really sweet in hearing out my gift requirements. Even though I changed my mind halfway about the product, she showed no signs of irritation. Xiang Ying even went the extra mile to show me the popular scents around the store, from body wash to shampoo. She was extremely patient and accommodating with my queries, and thanks to her, I was able to purchase what I needed efficiently. Thank you for the great shopping experience at Aesop!

I liked this brand's product. Since it's summer year-round here, I visited to buy deodorant. Although I had to pay more than in Korea ($5-6), the shopping experience felt good. The staff is kind, and I could try diverse products. It would be more convenient to have price tags on the products, as I had to ask the staff for the price since I couldn't find them.
