"I was very disappointed with my experience at Challenger. I bought an earpiece and was told by the staff that it came with a 1-year warranty, and that I could return to the shop if there were any issues. Just one month later, the earpiece started having problems – disconnecting and breaking.
When I went back to the shop, they told me that they only covered issues within 7 days, and that I now had to contact the service center myself. This was never mentioned during the purchase. To make things worse, the store manager was extremely rude, didn’t even bother to explain properly or apologize – they just shoved the service center’s contact at me and walked off. No responsibility was taken at all.
Worst customer service ever. I will think twice before buying anything from Challenger again!"
