The staff hard sell the packages. The BB foundation facial was a total scam! Their idea was to upsell a so-called 'Radiant Glow' facial, which cost $278 on top of the BB foundation facial. There was no difference in the outcome after the facial. I totally regret trying this facial.

Here's an edited version of the review: The weight loss products have had no effect at all. Following the salesperson's recommendation, I bought all four products at once and took them at the same time. They claimed this approach would enhance the effect, promising I could lose at least 5KG in three months. Now, two months have passed, and I haven't even lost 500g. Furthermore, the sales staff lied and deceived consumers. It was the mid-year sale season when I bought the products, and I repeatedly checked for a sale. However, the salesperson insisted they never had discounts. As a result, a sale started early the very next morning. When I asked her about it, she claimed she didn't know. How could the company not notify her in advance? When I pressed her again, she then said the company wouldn't let *her* tell *me*. In short, she was lying. There was also a problem with their system when I tried to make the purchase; I couldn't place the order. The issue persisted the next day, and I still couldn't complete the order. I couldn't register my account properly, and I'm not sure if the issue is resolved now, as I won't be buying from them again.

As another person mentioned here, I don't think the weight loss products actually work. The salesperson was very pushy and only kept talking about promotions and how I was missing out on good deals, instead of really understanding my concerns. Despite telling her that I wanted the most efficient method possible for weight loss, she somehow answered that question then circled back to the promotion, which felt very annoying after a while. She kept trying to upsell me items and suggested I increase the quantity I bought. Despite all this, I bought the Calorie Cut and Fat Burner. I still feel bloated after taking them. In comparison, the previous supplements I took from another brand made me feel much lighter after a meal. I think I'm going to switch back to those. Another strange thing is that on the original Fancl Japan website, they are selling a packet of 30-60 capsules of Calolimit (dark green and light green packets), which are not available in Singapore. That's strange, considering the entire packet can help with overall weight loss. In Singapore, however, they're selling three different, overpriced items. I've purchased them previously but often forgot to take them. The Visceral Burner is okay, but the rest of the items are not very effective, in my opinion.

The lady gave me overnight soup. The fish maw tasted sour, and the soup was dark in color because it was overboiled. I was totally disappointed. This isn't my first time getting fish maw soup, and it is usually light in color. I was a regular, but now I will not visit again. The fresh soups are displayed in the pots in front, but they go to the kitchen in the back to get the leftover soups when you order.

Ordered lotus root soup, but it had a very strong chaoda taste. The store offered to change the soup for me, but I had to pay extra.

Here's an edited version of the review: This is my first time buying a professional pair of Caterpillar safety shoes made of composite material instead of steel, which was quite heavy. I love the yellow stripe. They are suitable for both workplace and lifestyle. The sizing runs large, so please visit the shop to try them on. The customer service from the ladies was excellent! (5 stars 👌) I have no regrets coming down to try them on. I encourage them to have a media TV stand playing videos. The composite safety shoes are very light. Update 2: I bought another pair, this time in green. I tested them for safety in the warehouse. The comfort level is 5 stars 🌟. Lightness: 4.5 stars (for a safety shoe). Design: 5 stars. Received a 15% discount.
