Very rude and racist staff. Especially the old lady: when I asked to try one of the slippers, she turned away and made some racist remarks in her own language to another staff. I simply walked away from there. Fitflop should really see who they hire, and people with such sick mindsets shouldn't be hired at all. I have never had such an unpleasant experience anywhere else. I will never ever visit a Fitflop store in my life.

Excellent service from Mdm Yati today. While I was browsing, Mdm Yati was very attentive and helpful with her recommendations and ensuring my shoes fit me well. I really appreciated her patience as I was deciding between a few styles. She went above and beyond: bringing out different sizes for the different styles, adjusting the straps for me, and getting me to try until I was sure they fit well and was happy with my choice. I'm really glad to have bought a comfy pair with her help.
