"The staff was very rude and racist. Specifically, the old lady. When I asked to try on a slipper, she turned away and made some racist remarks in her own language to another staff member. I simply walked away. Fitflop should really evaluate who they hire, and people with such sick mindsets shouldn’t be employed. I have never had such an unpleasant experience anywhere else. I will never visit a Fitflop store again."

Excellent service from Mdm Yati today. While browsing, Mdm Yati was very attentive and helpful with her recommendations, ensuring my shoes fit well. I really appreciated her patience as I was deciding between a few styles. She went above and beyond, bringing out different sizes for the various styles, adjusting the straps for me, and having me try them on until I was sure they fit well and I was happy with my choice. I'm really glad to have bought a comfy pair with her help.
