I'm a repeat customer, but because I'm wearing a polo tee and tights, I felt that she chose to serve someone else who was more elderly and richer-looking, and didn't even acknowledge me, even though I had asked about products and waited for a very long time. Frustrated, I walked away.

The staff member in the white top had an awful attitude. Even after purchasing, she didn't bother to offer samples, unlike other Chanel counters. Plus, this isn't the first time they've claimed not to have perfume vials at this outlet. I definitely will not be coming back here in the future. Jem's boutique service was much better. I would rather spend more there than here if I had known this would happen.

Despite several negative reviews on Google, I visited yesterday and was very happy with Jazquen’s service. She was knowledgeable and professional in recommending what shades to pick for my compact foundation. I am very happy with my purchase, and there were free samples too! Would definitely visit again.
