Despite several negative reviews in Google, I’ve visited yesterday 4 August and I was very happy with Jazquen’s service. She was knowledgeable and professional to give recommendation of what shades I should pick for my compact foundation. Very happy with my purchase and there were free samples too! Would definitely re-visit again.

had a really great and positive experience with ms. lezquens services. ☺️ she was really patient with my inquiries and went above and beyond to guide me through the stuff that was new to me. Highly recommended ☺️

I love Chanel beauty and the staffs here are very accommodating. I will continue to patronise Chanel and this Tampines branch.

I believe the staff at this counter can do better in terms of service. Unlike the service I get when I am at the boutiques in town.

The staff with white top got awful attitude. And even after purchasing she don’t bother to offer samples like other Chanel counter. Plus it’s not the first time to say they don’t have perfume vials at this outlet. Definitely will not be coming back here in the future. Jem’s boutique service were much better. Rather spend more there than here if I know this would happen

Repeat customer but because im wearing polo tee and tights, i felt that she chose to serve someone else that is more elderly and richer looking and not even acknowledge me even tho i ask about products and wait very long. Frustrated and walked away.
