Despite several negative reviews on Google, I visited yesterday, August 4th, and was very happy with Jazquen's service. She was knowledgeable and professional in recommending which shades I should pick for my compact foundation. I'm very happy with my purchase, and there were free samples too! I would definitely revisit.

"I'm a repeat customer, but because I was wearing a polo tee and tights, I felt that she chose to serve someone else who looked more elderly and richer, and didn't even acknowledge me, even though I asked about products and waited a long time. I was frustrated and walked away."

The staff with the white top had an awful attitude. Even after purchasing, she didn’t offer samples like other Chanel counters. Plus, it's not the first time they've said they don't have perfume vials at this outlet. I definitely won’t be coming back here in the future. Jem’s boutique service was much better. I'd rather spend more there than here if I know this will happen.
