I walked in about 9:30 AM, asking if I could get a set of clothes for my daughter, whose clothes were drenched from hot drinks spilled on her thigh, shirt, and shorts. The staff cold-heartedly told me that the store doesn't open until 11 AM, despite it being a Saturday when it is supposed to open at 10 AM. She also told me she would not sell me anything until 11 AM.

The worst shop and customer service ever. They were so inflexible, and their policies didn't make sense. There was constant miscommunication and inconsistent instructions from one staff member to another. They wasted so much of my time. They refused to assist. They said 'no' to everything. The worst Uniqlo store in Singapore.

I visited your outlet on 13th January 2025 at 12:30 PM. At the front desk, there were two staff members: a Malay gentleman and a Chinese lady. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the Chinese lady. While I understand that situations may arise where another customer is prioritised, I found her conduct unprofessional. She walked past me without offering any explanation, guidance, or assistance, leaving me standing there unsure of what to do next. Basic courtesy and clear communication are critical in customer service, and unfortunately, her actions fell short of these expectations. This kind of behavior tarnishes StarHub’s reputation and reflects poorly on your commitment to providing excellent service. I strongly urge you to address this matter and ensure that your frontline staff are trained to handle customers with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

Pretty good kopi for $1.70. Was a good amount too, considering other coffee shops use smaller cups. Would recommend it if you want the best cendol in Singapore as well, so they claimed.

Coffee is nice and cup is quite big. For Muslim patrons, the stall is in the basement inside a non-halal eatery, opposite Bengawan Solo. But you can sit there just to buy the coffee, or you can buy takeaway.
