I was at Tampines Mall and very upset with their service. I have been their customer for a while, and the service at other outlets was much better. First, the customer service representative didn't know her products well. Second, the customer service representative was so rude, throwing her free gift on the counter in front of me. I wondered if she was unhappy about giving me my free gift, which I was entitled to. Maybe it wasn't enough that I spent over $800. I was very upset and disappointed. I hope Pandora can look into this; your brand doesn't deserve such service.

Lack of customer service. This will be my first and last experience at this particular outlet. The staff were not welcoming, and none were approachable. I was served by Marcus. His body language and gestures showed how reluctant he was to treat his customers. I already had a product in mind and showed him a picture of the item I wanted, as it was a gift for a friend. Upon making payment, there was an ongoing promotion where if you spent a certain amount, you could get a charm for free. I turned down the offer but was scoffed at for not agreeing to the idea. This made the entire experience unpleasant; in all honesty, it felt as though I was being mocked. Throughout the time I was there, it was the shortest visit I have ever encountered, just dropping by the store and leaving within a few minutes after getting the item I wanted. If it wasn’t for the gift, I wouldn’t have come.

I bought the Sparkle & Hearts Ring in mid-July, and two stones came off after two weeks. It's expensive for poorly made jewelry. I went to the Waterway branch for a warranty claim and received a 1-to-1 exchange. However, I was told the replacement ring doesn't come with a warranty. Basically, if the stones fall off again after two weeks, I can't claim any warranty. This will be my last purchase from them.

"I was treated rudely by staff member Marcus. From the start, he was reluctant to show me pendants, almost slamming them on the counter. When I wanted to see the clover pendant, he responded with "not for sale." I asked what he meant, and he said, "This one is not for sale." I said, "Okay, so?" He then responded with, "I can show you, but it's $89."
Marcus was unprofessional, with a bad attitude and very judgmental towards customers.
The charms are supposed to be gifts for oneself or loved ones. Avoid Marcus if you don't want your mood to be ruined by a horrible person."

I bought one of their latest snake chain silver bracelets along with my favorite Wall-E charm from Pandora online. After receiving it, the length was way too long, and there was a slight defect on one of Wall-E's eyes. I found their email response time was really slow, and I hope they improve on that. I called Jewel and, thanks to their sales assistant Vicki, who was very helpful by answering all my questions. 👍
So I went down to the Tampines branch to do an exchange. Marilyn was the one who served me. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. She helped me with the exchange and replaced the defective Wall-E charm.
Due to her good service, I got another charm, which is also a favorite of mine, the Chameleon. 😃😍 I found the customer service at Tampines was good! Even though they were busy serving other customers, they still politely told me to wait. Continue to keep up the good work! 😄
