I was at tampiness mall out... very upset with their service.. I have been their customer for a while, other outlet service was so much better.. first customer service didn't know her products well ..2nd service customer was so rude throwing her free gift on the counter infront of me... was thinking if she is not happy giving me my free which I'm entitled...may I only spend $800plus so not enough.. very upset n disappointed...hope Pandora can look into it... ur brand doesn't deserve such services

Lack of customer service. It will be the first and last experience in this particular outlet. Staff were not as welcoming and none were approachable either. I was served by one of the staff, Marcus. His body language and gesture tells how reluctant he treats his customers. I already had a product in mind and showed him a picture of the item that I wanted, it was a gift for a friend. Upon making payment, there was an on-going promotion whereby if you spend at a certain amount, you are able to get a charm for free. I turned down the offer but was scoffed at, for not agreeing at the idea. This has made the entire experience here unpleasant, in all honesty it felt as though I was being mocked at. Throughout the time I was there, it was the shortest visit I have ever encountered, just by dropping by the store and leaving within a few minutes after getting the item I wanted. If it wasn’t for the gift, I wouldn’t have came.

Was offered 10% discount during birthday month upon signing up for my purchase which I did but due to their system error, I was refused the 10% discount. I was then asked to provide numerous mobile numbers when it was not even a telco issue.

Customers service is not good. I think they should keep their customers happy by giving good packing packs for all items. Nevertheless if the items is free after spending $200 dollars and above.
Not to be too picky on their pandora boxes. Its Christmas time. Every item is priceless and beautiful.

The rose gold bracelet I bought for my daughter faded after only a few months, but still within the 1-year warranty. We reported this defect at this outlet but were crudely told that the warranty does not cover reinstatement of such defect and must pay to repair it! We were told that the defect was caused by the bracelet being kept in the box that comes with it, and was not used often. This is ridiculous!! We were NOT told of such things when we bought it. Pandora may deny this posting but we sincerely want costumers to BEWARE of buying such products from this company.

Terrible experience. The workers were extremely rude and totally ignored my fiancé and I. They were glaring at us ever since we walked in and proceeded to serve other customers that just walked in while continuing to ignore us. When they came to ask us after ignoring us she said "oh sorry i didnt see you. Are you looking for anything?" After which she just walked away to serve the new customer before i could properly enquire on the item. We walked off after that. Won't be returning to this outlet again. Just for context, we weren't dressed our best with shorts and slippers but what does that have to do with anything if we were actually planning on buying something? They just assumed that we were poor and can't affort PANDORA?? Acting as though they're some luxury jewelry brand when they're barely even mid tier.

I was served by Aly, who shows commendable customer service with a smile. She is friendly and professional with great patience to check on products and even gone the extra mile, bringing similar and related products for customer's consideration. Aly is also fast to assist with customers while alone in the store. I have bought a beautiful two-tone bracelet with Aly's awesome assistance. Thank you very much once again. Also thank you to Marcus, always friendly whenever I visit. I enjoyed my shopping experience at Pandora, Tampines Mall outlet 😊
