Bought a ring the Sparkle & Hearts Ring mid July and 2 stones came off after 2 weeks. Expensive for a poorly made jewelry. Went to Waterway branch for warranty claim and was given a 1 to 1 exchange. However I was told that the replacement ring does not come with a warranty. Basically if the stones fall off again after 2 weeks, I can't claim any warranty. This will be my last purchase from them.

Be careful!! Warranty does not cover some defect which was not mentioned when we bought the bracelet that tarnished only after a few months. So must pay for repair. ☹

I brought 1 of their latest snake chain silver bracelet together with my favourite Wall E charm from online Pandora. After receiving it, the length was way too long as well there was a slight defect on one of the Wall E's eye. Personally I find their email responding was really slow, I hope they will improve on that. I called up to Jewel, thanks to their sales assistant Vicki who was very helpful by answering all my questions. 👍 So I went down to Tampines branch to do an exchange. Marilyn was the one who served me. Very polite and she know the products very well too. She helped me with the exchange as well replaced the defect Wall E charm. Due to her good service, I get another charm which is also my favourite and that is Chameleon.😃😍 I find the customer service at Tampines was good! Even they were busy serving other customers they still bother and politely told me to wait. Continue to keep up the good work! 😄

Horrible experience at TAMPINES MALL. Staff are rude even they wearing mask but can feel they are looking down on customer and rolling their eyes when I'm asking for price. Staff also not familiar with products knowledge. Terribly rude, unfriendly and inpatient while serving customer. I was queuing outside and waiting for the staff to take my tempreture after I had scan the check in QR code. No customer in the shop but the staff seem reluctant to serve me as I'm standing outside and waited for almvost 15 minutes while there is no one inside. Staff saw me but continue chit chating and ignore me. Very disappointed and will never return to this shop again! The staff doesn't know what is manner!

At first I thought it was just me, but seeing other people give the same review is a clear-cut confirmation of how bad the customer service really is at this Pandora branch in Tampines. Them being on sales, they are expected to be more knowledgeable on how to value customers and should be a lot more accommodating.

My wife and daughter love the Pandora jewelry designs. Over a year ago, as we were returning back to Singapore from Oman, my wife purchased many bracelets/necklaces from Pandora as stock of gifts for friends and family members upcoming birthdays. The items were packed in the original boxes and gift wrapped by the Pandora staff. The staff informed us that cleaning/polishing was complimentary at any outlet in the world. While we were at the outlet, another customer requested for her bracelet to be cleaned and the staff promptly had them cleaned and polished handed them back in less than 15 minutes. Back in Singapore 6 months after our initial purchase, I had purchased an expensive set of bracelets for my wife's birthday at Pandora Tampines and was informed once again that once a year cleaning/polishing of the bracelet and the trinkets was provided complimentary at any outlet. A few months later, the bracelet had already darkened. As our niece 18th birthday was coming up, we wanted to give her one of Pandora bracelets that we had as a reserve gift. On opening the original packaging, we were surprised to see that the bracelet had darkened although it was gift wrapped and well protected. We decided to open up all the balance Pandora bracelets/necklaces that we had yet to gift out and found all of them darkened. I immediately called up Pandora to check where I could get them cleaned and I was informed that I have to pay for cleaning and was quoted a very high cost for cleaning each item. Not sure if this is Pandora Singapore practice to charge customers for cleaning or a case of false promises to generate sales. I have never experienced jewelry darken/oxidize although well packed and protected. The experience has made me realize that Pandora sells cheap products at very expensive price with false promises. Over the last 2 years, i have purchased over SGD 2000 worth of Pandora products. In hind sight, I now believe the items are not worth even SGD 100. Will never buy Pandora products again. Buyer beware...

Was treated rudely by staff MARCUS. Aside from being reluctant to show me pendants from the start i.e. almost slamming it on the counter. When I wanted to see the clover pendant, he responded with "not for sale," I asked what he meant and he said "this one not for sale", I said okay so? He responded with "I can show you but $89." Marcus was unprofessional with bad attitude and very judgemental towards customers. The charms are supposed to be everyone's gift to themselves or loved ones. Avoid Marcus if you do not want your mood to be ruin by a horrible person.
