"The staff was very rude and racist. Specifically, the old lady. When I asked to try on a slipper, she turned away and made some racist remarks in her own language to another staff member. I simply walked away. Fitflop should really evaluate who they hire, and people with such sick mindsets shouldn’t be employed. I have never had such an unpleasant experience anywhere else. I will never visit a Fitflop store again."
