Excellent service from Mdm Yati today. Was browsing and Mdm Yati was very attentive and helpful with her recommendations and ensuring my shoes fit me well. I really appreciated her patience as I was deciding between a few styles. She went above and beyond; bringing out different sizes for the different styles, adjusting the straps for me and getting me to try until I was sure they fit well and happy with my choice. I'm really glad to have bought a comfy pair with her help.

Very rude and racist staff. Specially the old lady, when I asked to try one of the slipper she turned away and made some racist remarks in her own language to another staff. I simply walked away from there. Fir flip should really see whom they hire and people with such sick mindsets shouldn’t be hired at all. Never had such unpleasant experience anywhere else. Will never ever visit Fitflop store in my life.
