"The service at the Tampines outlet was very bad. Another brand tried to help by contacting the Tampines outlet, but they didn't answer the phone. The salesman acted as if the phone wasn't even on? Huh? I also tried calling, but no one picked up. Was the phone off? This service is very poor!"

The Malay staff tonight at 21:00 on March 5th were very rude! The Malay lady staff member shouted at me when I asked if they sold cigarettes. She simply said "yes." I asked if they sold cigarettes, and her attitude was unacceptable. Can this kind of behavior really be tolerated? Poor service!

The coffee is nice, and the cup is quite big. For Muslim patrons, the stall is in the basement inside a non-halal eatery, opposite Bengawan Solo. However, you can sit there just to buy the coffee or get it to go.

Pretty good kopi for $1.70 in 2025. It was a good amount too, considering other coffee shops use smaller cups. Would recommend it if you also want the best cendol in Singapore, as they quoted.

Came across this new sushi store… The staff was very nice and let me choose my seat, as I didn’t want the seat at the entrance. I noticed they were very flexible. While they use mobile ordering, an elderly couple struggled to navigate it. The staff was flexible and took their order on the spot. The overall atmosphere was great; it wasn’t noisy, even though it was quite packed. Their salmon sashimi was on an opening promotion. It was thick and fresh, a good value for the money. I loved their special chawanmushi; it was so flavorful that I ordered two. I tried their Spicy soft shell crab sushi. Personally, I felt it was too spicy for my liking (and I generally can handle spicy food). It overpowered everything else.

The salmon belly miso soup and salmon + avocado salad were nice! It's great to have a good Japanese food alternative in the Tampines area. The service staff was also attentive. It's also value for money, even though the restaurant interior looks premium and expensive.
