Did my NCTF with Dr Shoun and I’m happy with the treatment. The Dr and staff are friendly, and I’m looking forward to the next session in April 😊.

As another person mentioned here, I don't think the weight loss products actually work. The salesperson was very pushy and only kept talking about promotions and how I was missing out on good deals, instead of really understanding my concerns. Despite telling her that I wanted the most efficient method possible for weight loss, she somehow answered that question then circled back to the promotion, which felt very annoying after a while. She kept trying to upsell me items and suggested I increase the quantity I bought. Despite all this, I bought the Calorie Cut and Fat Burner. I still feel bloated after taking them. In comparison, the previous supplements I took from another brand made me feel much lighter after a meal. I think I'm going to switch back to those. Another strange thing is that on the original Fancl Japan website, they are selling a packet of 30-60 capsules of Calolimit (dark green and light green packets), which are not available in Singapore. That's strange, considering the entire packet can help with overall weight loss. In Singapore, however, they're selling three different, overpriced items. I've purchased them previously but often forgot to take them. The Visceral Burner is okay, but the rest of the items are not very effective, in my opinion.

Here's an edited version of the review: The weight loss products have had no effect at all. Following the salesperson's recommendation, I bought all four products at once and took them at the same time. They claimed this approach would enhance the effect, promising I could lose at least 5KG in three months. Now, two months have passed, and I haven't even lost 500g. Furthermore, the sales staff lied and deceived consumers. It was the mid-year sale season when I bought the products, and I repeatedly checked for a sale. However, the salesperson insisted they never had discounts. As a result, a sale started early the very next morning. When I asked her about it, she claimed she didn't know. How could the company not notify her in advance? When I pressed her again, she then said the company wouldn't let *her* tell *me*. In short, she was lying. There was also a problem with their system when I tried to make the purchase; I couldn't place the order. The issue persisted the next day, and I still couldn't complete the order. I couldn't register my account properly, and I'm not sure if the issue is resolved now, as I won't be buying from them again.

Last night, there was a Beauty Language sale at Tampines Mall gallery. As my daughter and I were looking for body soap and shampoo, a friendly staff member named Deva approached and assisted us. I was very impressed by her service. She always had a smile on when explaining to us, and she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She even accompanied us to the basement shop to look for the size of shampoo that we might not be buying. She said it was okay even if we didn't buy it, and that we were always welcome back. She is really a good staff member who does her job well! Thank you once again, Deva! 🙏🤗

Kim Ler is a very knowledgeable staff member and knows which skincare products suit the customer’s needs. She is also very friendly and polite.

Very rude and racist staff. Especially the old lady: when I asked to try one of the slippers, she turned away and made some racist remarks in her own language to another staff. I simply walked away from there. Fitflop should really see who they hire, and people with such sick mindsets shouldn't be hired at all. I have never had such an unpleasant experience anywhere else. I will never ever visit a Fitflop store in my life.
