Very rude and racist staff. Especially the old lady: when I asked to try one of the slippers, she turned away and made some racist remarks in her own language to another staff. I simply walked away from there. Fitflop should really see who they hire, and people with such sick mindsets shouldn't be hired at all. I have never had such an unpleasant experience anywhere else. I will never ever visit a Fitflop store in my life.

Ordered lotus root soup, but it had a very strong chaoda taste. The store offered to change the soup for me, but I had to pay extra.

Ordered American Ginseng sliced fish soup, there were only 4 thin slices of fish inside! There was no Ginseng and no red dates, unlike what was shown on the menu! Cheating consumers!

The lady gave me overnight soup. The fish maw tasted sour, and the soup was dark in color because it was overboiled. I was totally disappointed. This isn't my first time getting fish maw soup, and it is usually light in color. I was a regular, but now I will not visit again. The fresh soups are displayed in the pots in front, but they go to the kitchen in the back to get the leftover soups when you order.

The Menu 9 Special Soup is a herbal soup, yet it's sweet, not bitter. I was surprised to see two drumsticks 🍗 in a big bowl of piping hot soup. Their ginseng chicken is good too, which I had tried before. After trying this again, I decided to submit my positive review for this stall. For $7.50, I think it beats all other options in the food court at a similar price point, and you get more protein and a balance of carbs. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic to serve you, and they deserve appreciation. I’m going to try some other menu items next time.

The sliced fish soup guy taking orders at the kopitiam doesn't seem to know anything about the NTUC app or payment, and refused to answer questions on how to make payment.
