"Very disappointed with the rou jiamo. It tasted totally different from the NEX outlet. It wasn't flaky at all; it was just a doughy bun with few fillings. Even the cold noodles tasted different, being hard and dry. Food standards are not consistent."

The steamed buns are quite big, a bit like noodles. The cold skin is elastic and tasty, and the meat skewers have a cumin flavor. Overall, the taste is okay. Perhaps because there were a lot of noodles, I didn’t get much of the other ingredients.

Not worth it; the taste is mediocre, and it just bears the name of Xi'an Impression. They're pure machine noodles.

The food is nicely seasoned, and the noodles had a nice chew, but it was overall lacking in meat ingredients. The fried pork dumplings were a bit too oily. The beef skewers were quite fatty, which is my personal preference, but I felt the meat could be more tender.

I suppose this stall specializes in Xi An noodles, located in the food court of Tampines Mall. I thought the noodle portion was quite substantial, but the ingredients were pretty limited, with only a few small cubes of meat and two stalks of greens. The noodles were cooked well. I guess the chili that was added was overcooked, as there was a bitter aftertaste. It wasn't very pleasant to enjoy.

First time trying Xi'an Cuisine. I was quite happy with it, although I'm not sure how it compares with the street cuisine in Xi'an. The cold noodles 西安凉皮 tasted a bit like cold, thick kuayteow (flat rice noodles) but slightly thicker. The sauce was spicy, but still okay for me. I also tried the dumplings 饺子, which were pretty good, and the serving was generous. Overall, I am happy with it and will try the signature noodles next time.
