I don’t usually post, but the attitude of the male sales staff working here irks me. The lady wearing the blazer is fine, she’s great. But seriously, look into how you train your sales guy. He’s so full of attitude, lacking customer service. People, go get your watches at other outlets where the sales staff don’t give you attitude.

I had my watch battery changed at the Tampines outlet. The sales girl said I had to pay cash. Two days later, I emailed asking for a receipt and was told to return to the store. The store couldn't issue me a receipt and just gave me another customer's receipt! The manager insisted it was okay. Of course, it is not! Very fishy. Anyway, 5 months later, the watch battery went flat again. Were they replacing it with used batteries, or what?

Nicholas greeted us warmly when we entered the Tampines Mall City Chain shop. He demonstrated exceptional product knowledge that enabled him to provide recommendations confidently and accurately based on our preferences. What made him stand out the most was that he noticed small but important details from customers' conversations and interactions. He would subsequently provide a personalised service. His attention to detail, coupled with high situational awareness, was highly commendable. It's rare these days to encounter such attentive and excellent service. Nicholas is absolutely a gem.
