review on behalf of my mum: “went to change watch battery and they didn’t tell me upfront that there was any issue with the watch. Paid $15 and after they changed the battery, the watch couldn’t run. Told me to wait 5min for it to work (what logic is this? either it works or it doesn’t). Waited but still didn’t work so came back to ask the lady. She took the watch to check nicely. However the manager came out and accused me that i “slandered” his shop that they spoilt my watch. Reasoned with him, then he confidently supported his stance with “I’M THE MANAGER” and threatened to call security on me (while all i did was to talk about what happened. it’s such a joke!!). Eventually begrudgingly returned me the money and went back to hide in his store. Was a regular customer who bought at least 5 watches here. Will never visit again!!”

Nicholas greeted us warmly when we entered the shop (Tampines Mall City Chain). He demonstrated exceptional product knowledge that enabled him to provide recommendations confidently and accurately based on our preferences. What made him stood out the most was he noticed small but important details from customers' conversation and interaction. He would subsequently provide a personalised service. His attention to detail with high situational awareness was highly applaudable. It's rare these days to encounter such attentive and excellent service. Nicholas is absolutely a gem.

Haven't seen such kind of stupid and idiotic staff only at this branch. Dont even know how to market, They can’t sell even 1 product in entire 1 year. @city chain plz note this and change your staff accordingly, else you loose your business

The staffs are super friendly and nice. A lady answered my questions regarding the straps and explain to me their puncher might differ from my original watch and helped me to punch more holes for free in order to fit my wrist nicely. Thanks so much!
