Was served by Nicholas & he was very patient and even gave very good tips on how to find a watch for ourselves, and even helped with replacing my old watch strap! He even told me to take my time to think about the watches before coming back to purchase! Excellent customer service! Good service will definitely come back again!

Changed watch battery at the Tampines outlet. The sales girl said have to pay cash. 2 days later I emailed asking for a receipt, was told to return to the store. The store couldn't issue me a receipt and just gave me a receipt of another customer! The manager insisted it was ok. Of course it is not! Very fishy.
Anyway, 5 months later, the watch battery went flat again. Were they replacing it with used batteries or what?

I don’t usually post, but the attitude of the male sales staff working here irks me. The lady wearing the blazer is fine, she’s great. But seriously look into how you train your sales guy. He’s so full of attitude, lacking of customer service. People, go get your watches at other outlets where the sales staff don’t give you attitude.

I had a fantastic experience at City Chain in Tampines Mall! I went in to buy a G-Shock GBD 200 and was assisted by Nicholas, who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain the features and help me find the right watch. His professionalism and great customer service really stood out. The current crew members are great. I was sending my watch for repair and managed to speak with one of the members named Sharon, she's very helpful and kind. She knows what to do and completed my request within 20 mins (there was no crowd though) Overall, it was a good experience.

Would have been a five star review if not for the guy salesman. We were in the store for quite some time alrdy and looking around. He was just sitting and playing with his phone in the corner cashier when a rich looking auntie came in. He then suddenly stood up and entertained her but the auntie just left after her inquiry. When we asked the guy if they have couple watches, he blatantly said “There’s a lot over there!”, didn’t move from his place and then just looked back at his phone.
Lucky the other sales lady came out and assisted us. She was very friendly and asked what we are looking for. She gave us options and even showed out the time pieces for us to feel and see what we like. We ended up buying couple watches in the photo. We also bought a G-shock a few months back and she was the one who assisted us.
When it came to payment, the sales guy was suddenly there to assist and was like rushing us while we are checking out the ads they had in their shop for pace and their memberships etc. Sad :(
CityChain you should promote this lady and consider training the other sales guy. This was like a typical car sales scene in the movies. It would have been a nice experience but it left a bad taste in the mouth.

I bought a watch at Vivo city brancha and tried to exchange in Tampines Branch.
Service team is really wiered and full of attitude, they didnt even allowed me to try the watch instead and infact provided me with wrong information that “ I cant exchange watch” and keept insulting me with their behaviour, I just walk out of the branch.
Later I went back to Vivocity branch and they gave me all the option they I’ve exchanged the watch. They dis mentioned there is no such rule at city chain that we cannt place your watch on wrist like how tampines branch. Plz avoid visiting Tampines branch, its spoils your day
