Founded by Oscar Siu in 2010, this renowned Hong Kong chain has built a reputation across 13 outlets for serving the most authentic "bite-and-burst" pan-fried pork soup buns that capture the essence of traditional Shanghai street food.The restaurant specializes in their signature Pan-Fried Pork Soup Buns served as a trio for $5.80, featuring sizeable handcrafted buns with generous pork and soup filling that bursts with flavor upon biting.
