西安印象 Xi'an Cuisine brings the authentic flavors of Northwestern China to Tampines Mall, specializing in traditional dishes from Shaanxi province. This restaurant is part of an established chain that imports ingredients directly from their original Xi'an location, ensuring authentic taste and quality that mirrors the culinary traditions of one of China's ancient capitals.
The restaurant's signature offering is their hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles, featuring wide, chewy noodles served with savory sauces and traditional toppings. Their menu also includes Liangpi (cold skin noodles) with spicy and tangy sauce, perfect for Singapore's warm climate, and the famous Roujiamo - often called the "Chinese hamburger" - featuring slow-cooked, flavorful meat served in freshly baked crispy buns.
Located on Level 4 of Tampines Mall, Xi'an Cuisine offers an authentic taste of Northwestern Chinese street food culture. The restaurant prepares their noodles fresh to order using traditional hand-pulling techniques, maintaining the artisanal approach that has defined Xi'an cuisine for generations. While they also serve coffee and beverages, their true specialty lies in bringing the bold, comforting flavors of Xi'an's food scene to Singapore diners seeking genuine regional Chinese cuisine.

The woman's attitude was very bad. We were the first in line and let the people behind us order first. This was very bad.

It's really not to my taste...

If you like carbs, must try. Full bowl of noodles but only with 5 pieces of beef…

This was really bad :( picture looks nothing like the actual meal. Tomato soup was just clear soup and minimal tomato paste, very tasteless! Noodles were undercooked as well. Egg was cold and unfresh.

The takeaway I ordered was so delicious!

I really like their dry noodle!!! Both thin and flat version taste good! Think I will prefer the thinner one. Flat one is like a chewier thinner Mee Hoon kueh! Dry version has a tangy refreshing taste! Not salty at all! 👍 dumplings was normal, prefer their dry noodle!

First time trying Xi'an Cuisine. Was quite happy with it, although I'm not sure how this compares with the street cuisine in Xi'an. The cold noodles 西安凉皮 tastes a bit like cold thick kuayteow (flat rice noodles) but slightly thicker. The sauce was spicy, but still ok for me. Also tried the dumplings 饺子, that was pretty good and serving was also generous. Overall, am happy with it. Will try the signature noodles next time.

Actually I like the noodle texture although is press by machine. Portion was reasonable and will visit again. Service was ok.

Since it's not open 24 hours, why does it say "open 24 hours" on it? I'm confused.
