Very disappointed with the rou jiamo. It tastes totally different from the NEX outlet. It’s not flaky at all. It’s just a dough bun with little filling. Even the cold noodle tastes different. Hard and dry. Food standards are not consistent.

Not worth it. The taste is mediocre, and it merely bears the name of Xi'an Impression, featuring pure machine noodles.

The service was very poor, especially from the Singaporean male waiter. He said the door opened at 10:30 but insisted it was 11 o'clock, and his attitude was very bad.

The Liangpi was okay. The beef pappardelle was average.

The takeaway I ordered was so delicious!

Actually, I like the noodle texture, although it is machine-pressed. The portion was reasonable, and I will visit again. Service was okay.

I really like their dry noodle! Both the thin and flat versions taste good! I think I'll prefer the thinner one. The flat one is like a chewier, thinner Mee Hoon Kueh! The dry version has a tangy, refreshing taste! Not salty at all! 👍 The dumplings were normal. I prefer their dry noodle!

First time trying Xi'an Cuisine. I was quite happy with it, although I'm not sure how this compares with the street cuisine in Xi'an. The cold noodles (西安凉皮) tastes a bit like cold, thick kuayteow (flat rice noodles) but slightly thicker. The sauce was spicy, but still ok for me. I also tried the dumplings (饺子); they were pretty good, and the serving was generous. Overall, I am happy with it. I will try the signature noodles next time.

Since it's not open 24 hours, why does it say that on it? I'm confused.
