The food was nicely seasoned, and the noodles had a nice chew, but it was overall lacking in meat ingredients. Fried pork dumplings were a bit too oily as well. Beef skewers were quite fatty, which was my personal preference, but I felt the meat could be more tender.

This stall specializes in Xi An noodles, located in the food court of Tampines Mall. The noodle portion was quite substantial, but the ingredients were pretty limited: just a few small cubes of meat and two stalks of greens. The doneness of the noodles was good. I suspect the chili added was overcooked, as it left a bitter aftertaste that was not very pleasant.

Very disappointed with the rou jiamo. It tastes totally different from the NEX outlet. It’s not flaky at all. It’s just a dough bun with little filling. Even the cold noodle tastes different. Hard and dry. Food standards are not consistent.

The steamed buns are quite big, a bit like noodles. The cold skin is elastic and tasty, and the meat skewers have a cumin flavor. Basically, the taste is okay. Maybe it was because there were a lot of noodles, and I didn’t get many other ingredients.

Not worth it. The taste is mediocre, and it merely bears the name of Xi'an Impression, featuring pure machine noodles.

The service was very poor, especially from the Singaporean male waiter. He said the door opened at 10:30 but insisted it was 11 o'clock, and his attitude was very bad.

The Liangpi was okay. The beef pappardelle was average.

Actually, I like the noodle texture, although it is machine-pressed. The portion was reasonable, and I will visit again. Service was okay.
