I really like their dry noodles! Both the thin and flat versions taste good! I think I prefer the thinner one. The flat one is like a chewier, thinner Mee Hoon Kueh! The dry version has a tangy, refreshing taste and isn't salty at all! The dumplings were normal, but I prefer their dry noodles! 👍
First time trying Xi'an Cuisine. I was quite happy with it, although I'm not sure how it compares with the street cuisine in Xi'an. The cold noodles 西安凉皮 tasted a bit like cold, thick kuayteow (flat rice noodles) but slightly thicker. The sauce was spicy, but still okay for me. I also tried the dumplings 饺子, which were pretty good, and the serving was generous. Overall, I am happy with it and will try the signature noodles next time.
"Horrible sales staff named Carol. She condemned me for not inserting the stick on the cap properly, even though she was the one who helped me do it. She was very rude and used harsh words. Lousy product! When I mentioned her name, she proudly informed me that I could complain about her by writing an email!
The low rating here is deserved. I will never buy again!!"
Please do not buy their products. The mechanism and parts are lousy, and faulty within 4 months. I had to repair it three times. The service was also poor. I'm guessing the management is poor as well. BOYCOTT, please! (I bought mine at Oasis Terrace.)
Horrible customer service. Two of the same products went faulty, exhibiting the same fault. One failed within two days, and the other within four months. I wanted to exchange them for different products, but was denied. They only offer repairs. Repairing LED strips? The customer service is rude, as is the management. I am going to lodge a complaint with CASE and the Small Claims Tribunal to address my grievances. I am also going to post warnings everywhere to alert people to the risk of buying products from them. Buy at your own risk!
