Please do not buy their products...lousy mechanism and parts..faulty within 4 months.Had to repair 3 times.Poor service included as well.Guessing poor management as well.BOYCOTT PlS!! (bought mine at Oasis Terrace )

Horrible sales staff named Carol. Condemned me that I didn’t insert properly that the stick on the cap while she was the one who helped to do it. She’s very rude and still even used her words on me. Lousy product! When I said her name, she was still proudly and informed me can complaint her by writing an email!!! The low rating here comes with a reason. I will never buy again!!

horrible customer service. 2 of the same products went faulty exhibiting the same fault. 1 within 2 days and 1 within 4 months.wanted to do a replacement to other products, but was denied. they only do repair. repair of led stripes? customer service is rude, likewise for the management. I am going to Lodge a complaint with CASE and small case tribunal to redress my grievances. I am going to post everywhere to warn people the risk of buying products from them. Buy at ur own risk!
