Tampines Mall shows no concern for the safety of its patrons. The electrical wires connected to the small stalls are not safely installed. One old woman tripped on the wire, fell and bled profusely. 😢😭☠

Encountered a very rude lady salesperson yesterday morning. We were just asking if there was any promotion, perhaps for early Christmas. I know it's too early for Christmas, but this is just a usual customer question, right? No big deal, just chit-chatting. But she was shocked and asked us, "Wow, is Christmas in November here? Because it's in December back at her place." We were really shocked and didn't want to answer her, but she still insisted that we answer her question. Very disappointed with this store.

I like shopping at this outlet. Staff are friendly. They answer your questions promptly. With one hamper purchase, you receive a free box of chicken essence (origin). For a total spend over a certain amount, you also get a free box of "Snow fungus bird nest."

Here's the lightly edited version: My wife buys a lot of her traditional Chinese medicine herbs from here (we are Indian, but TCM offers benefits that we value). The store is well-stocked, and the staff are courteous and helpful, which is a big deal in Singapore.

One of the sales ladies has a serious attitude problem. She is the one who is plump-looking with bobbed hair. So unfriendly and unapproachable. Seeing her frowning face, I don't even feel like patronizing the store.

The chicken was crispy and moist. Silky egg covered the rice, along with an awesome sauce. The chilli matches perfectly. This will be one of my favourite stalls when I eat here.
