DO NOT BUY! SCAM!!! I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice for $7.90, a price that was already an upcharge before tax and service charges. When I showed the plate to the cashier to point out the lack of chicken, she touched the food and pointed to a tiny piece of chicken, insisting it was fine. Completely unacceptable. I had to throw away the whole plate — no refund was offered. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

The front counter staff didn't even offer the option to add $4 to complete my freaking meal until I saw it on the board. But by then, when I asked to cancel, the two front counter staff said they couldn't void it. I think it is very ridiculous. The guy with the mustache gave a very lousy impression and was not even helpful AT ALL. He even said it was because I didn't read the board. It's not as if I work there. THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T VOID THE TRANSACTION AND WANTED ME TO JUST ADD ON. No wonder the reviews are so bad. Oh, I forgot to mention, this is the one at Tampines Mall food court.

The pineapple fried rice and Tom Yum fried rice (my colleague ordered) were so good! Not sure why they have such low ratings. The add-on of $4 for a bowl of Tom Yum soup and 4 spring rolls (the soup alone is $2.80) is a good idea for solo diners. The Cashew Chicken Rice was only alright.

Here's the edited review: Really good Thai food is served here. They recently obtained their Halal certification as well. The Thai Basil chicken rice was really good. Opt for the set with a choice of drink and side; it's worth the money. The minced chicken was juicy, flavorful, and slightly salty, just the way it should be. I also ordered Pad Thai, and it tasted good. The portion was good too. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Food is horrible. I bought their Pad See Ew before, about a year ago, and it was so good. Now it’s the complete opposite. The order was also taken wrongly. I asked for spicy; they just threw in chili padi. I asked for it to be packed, but I was given a dine-in order, despite paying for a takeaway box. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

Ordered the Thai Basil chicken rice. The chicken was pre-prepared and not cooked fresh upon order. It came lukewarm with the rice. Order with caution!

I bet the cook isn't Thai. The food is really horrible. The Pad Thai is the worst I have ever tried in my entire life. It tasted more like mamak fried noodles! Sorry to say, the honey chicken was more flour than chicken. Please, please do not support this shop. Worst Thai food ever!!

The female cashier was very rude. I ordered two sets, but she keyed in one as à la carte and one as a set. I asked for the bill before making payment, but was told to pay first. I ended up paying more than the actual set price. She kept mumbling and did not rectify the issue.

Located within a kopitiam. I ordered Thai basil chicken and green chicken curry during dinner, but the food took at least 40 minutes to arrive. I don't think I will return to eat here again. It was a waste of time.

The staff member in the white top had an awful attitude. Even after purchasing, she didn't bother to offer samples, unlike other Chanel counters. Plus, this isn't the first time they've claimed not to have perfume vials at this outlet. I definitely will not be coming back here in the future. Jem's boutique service was much better. I would rather spend more there than here if I had known this would happen.
