Stopped by the store on a Saturday night to get a new pair of Havaianas. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped me find the right size and even allowed me to change my mind when I was about to pay, without making me feel like I'd inconvenienced her. She wasn't pushy at all the entire time. It was a really simple but good shopping experience. It’s the small things that sometimes make a difference.

I personally like Havaianas shoes very much. I think you get what you pay for, and the quality is very good. I personally feel that I am willing to buy Havaianas products at the original price, without waiting for any discounts.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, I had steamed chicken rice with egg for lunch at the Tampines Mall outlet within the Kopitiam food court. I liked this meal; the steamed chicken rice with egg tasted delicious, and I enjoyed eating it even when it cooled down. Overall, the service provided was very good, and I would love to try these delightful dishes from the other Fitra Chicken Rice outlets in the future.

Sedap! The roasted chicken is succulent and juicy. The rice has a good texture and is delicious on its own. The servers are professionals – polite and affable. The portion size is just right. The soup tastes better now.

I ordered Fitra Chicken Rice from Tampines Mall at 5:41 PM today via Grab. The estimated delivery time was 7:00 PM. Around 6:40 PM, they said the kitchen was busy, and my order would be delayed to 7:30 PM. At 7:20 PM, they canceled my order, citing that they couldn't find a driver! This is ridiculous! How can they cancel my order after making me wait for 1.5 hours?

Last night, there was a Beauty Language sale at the Tampines Mall gallery. My daughter and I were looking for body soap and shampoo when a friendly staff member named Deva approached and assisted us. I was very impressed by her service. She always had a smile while explaining things to us. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She even accompanied us to the basement shop to look for the size of the shampoo, even though we might not be buying it. She said it was okay, and we were always welcome back. She's really a good staff member who is doing her job well! Thank you once again, Deva! 🙏🤗
