Today, 22/11, I ordered fish soup with noodles and tofu, but received no noodles!!!

The sliced fish soup guy taking orders at the kopitiam doesn't seem to know anything about the NTUC app or payment, and refused to answer questions on how to make payment.

I like the fish soup taste. I always come back when I am around the area. Prices are reasonable, and service is good and fast. It is located in Kopitiam in Tampines Mall, which offers a wide range of local food. Many tables and chairs are available for dining in throughout most of the day, so you do not have to worry about finding a seat for a group.

Don't bother coming if you don't have the time to wait. Had to wait for 20 minutes just to get a fish soup. The front counter man was ridiculously slow. Kitchen staff are slow too. Please change staff.

Generous portion of fish, vegetables, and bee hoon. Fish cooked just right.

I was very glad to know your new stall opened at the Tampines Mall Basement. Tried to pay with an eCapita voucher but was almost rejected. I was served by a lady who was super unfriendly and impatient. She was very against electronic payment and said, “Do not ask me how to use it, I do not know, my boss never taught me,” and it was not in a joking tone. I was the only customer; she shouted "Next," ironically there was no one queuing behind me. I am very disappointed, and I promise you, this is the last time I am going to buy from your stall. 😤

I was short two yuan yang pau. The three ladies seemed so confused.

All I can say is that the 'big pau' is really small and does not commensurate with the name it is called — totally misleading. We should just call a spate a spate. The price of a small pau, which is called a big pau, is simply exorbitant. This is my first and last time buying.

The auntie was rude. The baos are nothing fantastic and super small.

I queued for my order, but the staff ignored me and said I didn't queue. Instead, they sold to those who queued behind me first. Such a bad experience.
