The front counter staff didn't offer the option to add $4 to complete a meal until I saw it on the board. When I asked to cancel the order, the two staff members said they couldn't void it. I think this is ridiculous. The guy with the mustache gave a very lousy impression and wasn't helpful at all. He even said it was because I didn't read the board. It's not as if I work there. They said they couldn't void the transaction and wanted to add on. No wonder the reviews are so bad. Oh, I forgot to mention this was at the Tampines Mall food court.

This is the worst Thai-style honey chicken I've ever eaten. There's no discernible chicken meat in the chicken; everything is a mess of fried, unrecognizable bits. The honey sauce is simply poured over, making the rice wet and soggy.

DO NOT BUY! SCAM!!!
I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice for $7.90, paying extra for it before tax and service charges.
When I showed the plate to the cashier to point out that there was no chicken, she touched the food and pointed to a tiny piece of chicken, insisting it was fine.
Completely unacceptable. I had to throw away the whole plate, and no refund was offered.
Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

The food is horrible. I bought their pad see ew about a year ago, and it was so good. Now it's the complete opposite. The order was also taken incorrectly. I asked for it spicy, but they just threw in chili flakes. I asked for it to be packed to go, but it was given for dine-in, despite paying for a takeaway box. Such a disappointment and a waste of money.

The female cashier was very rude. I ordered two sets, but she keyed in one as à la carte and one as a set. I asked for the bill before paying, but was told to pay first. I ended up paying more than the actual set price. She kept mumbling and did not rectify the issue.

The pineapple fried rice and the Tom yum fried rice (a colleague ordered) were so good! I'm not sure why they have such low ratings. The add-on of $4 for one bowl of tom yum soup and four spring rolls ($2.80 just for the tom yum soup) is a good idea for solo diners. The cashew chicken rice was only alright.

"The Thai food served here is really good. They recently obtained their Halal certification as well.
The Thai Basil chicken rice was really good - opt for the set with a choice of drink and side. It's worth the money. The minced chicken was juicy, flavorful, and slightly salty, just the way it should be.
I ordered pad thai as well, and it tasted good too! The portion size was good as well.
I will definitely come back to try other dishes."
