Both the front counter staff didn't even offer the option that I can add $4 to complete a freaking meal until I saw on the board. But by then when ask to cancel the 2 front counter staff say they cannot void . I think is very ridiculous. The guy with the moustache give a very lousy impression and is not even helpful AT ALL. He even said that because I didn't read from the board. Is not as if I work there. THEY SAY THAT THEY CANNOT VOID THE TRANSACTION n WANTED TO ADD ON. no wonder the review sooo bad.oh I forgot to mention is the one at Tampines mall food court

This is the WORST Thai style Honey chicken I have ever eaten in my entire life. There is no tangible chicken meat in the chicken, everything is a mess of fried don’t know what. The honey sauce is just pour over and makes the rice wet and soggy.

Very rude female cashier. I ordered two sets, but she keyed in one as à la carte and one as a set. I asked for the bill before making payment, but was told to pay first. I ended up paying more than the actual set price. She kept mumbling and did not rectify the issue.

Food is horrible. I bought their pad si ew before, perhaps a year back and it was so good. Now it’s the complete opposite. Order was also taken wrongly. Asked for spicy, just threw in chilli pari. Asked for it to be packed but was given to dine in, despite paying for takeaway box. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

I bet you the cook is not Thai. The food is really horrible, the pad Thai is the worse I have ever tried in my entire life. Taste more like mamak fried noodles! Sorry to say, the honey chicken was more flour than chicken. Please please do not support this shop. Worse Thai food ever!!

Ordered the Thai Basil chicken rice. The chicken was pre-prepared and not cooked fresh upon order. It came luke-warm with the rice. Was order with caution!

DO NOT BUY! SCAM!!! I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice for $7.90 by paying extra before tax and service charges. When I showed the plate to the cashier to point out no chicken, she touched the food and pointed to a tiny piece of chicken, insisting it was fine. Completely unacceptable. I had to throw away the whole plate — no refund was offered. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Located in kopitiam. The food takes 40mins at least to arrive. I ordered during dinner. I ordered thai basil chicken and green chicken curry. I dont think I will come back to eat here again. A waste of time.

We ordered the chicken pad thai and a fried egg omelette. We had to repeatedly ask if the omelette was the crispy kind because not all thai omelette were crispy. They assured me that theirs was crispy. The service was quite slow. We went there quite late, so the main dinner crowd had mostly died down, and there was only 2 other customers before me, and it still took them quite a long time to get my orders done. It turns out someone who ordered pad thai after me collected his at the same time, so while I can't be sure, it could be that they waited till there were multiple pad thai orders before frying them together. The serving size of both dishes was surprisingly big. The pad thai was too sweet for my liking, and it didn't have many ingredients. The omelette, however, was awesome. Crispy and tasty, but I wish they had drained the oil a little before serving. Will come for the omelette again, but maybe try something else for the main.

The pineapple fried rice and Tom yum fried rice (colleague ordered) was so good!! Not sure why they have such low ratings. The add on of $4 for 1 bowl of tomyum soup & 4x spring rolls ($2.80 just for tomyum soup) is a good idea for solo diners. cashew chicken rice was alright only.

Portions were super big and they were quick. No complaints in general, prices were also very affordable. I like the Basil Chicken, well done!

Really good Thai food served here. Recently obtained their Halal-certification as well. Thai Basil chicken rice was really good - opt for the set with a choice of drink & side. Worth the money. Minced chicken was juicy, flavourful & slightly salty just the way it should be. Ordered padthai as well & it tasted good too! Good portion as well. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.
