Cancelled my order one hr and 10 mins after I placed my order! If you cannot handle demand then don’t take deliveries

Both the front counter staff didn't even offer the option that I can add $4 to complete a freaking meal until I saw on the board. But by then when ask to cancel the 2 front counter staff say they cannot void . I think is very ridiculous. The guy with the moustache give a very lousy impression and is not even helpful AT ALL. He even said that because I didn't read from the board. Is not as if I work there. THEY SAY THAT THEY CANNOT VOID THE TRANSACTION n WANTED TO ADD ON. no wonder the review sooo bad.oh I forgot to mention is the one at Tampines mall food court

This is the WORST Thai style Honey chicken I have ever eaten in my entire life. There is no tangible chicken meat in the chicken, everything is a mess of fried don’t know what. The honey sauce is just pour over and makes the rice wet and soggy.

Very rude female cashier. I ordered two sets, but she keyed in one as à la carte and one as a set. I asked for the bill before making payment, but was told to pay first. I ended up paying more than the actual set price. She kept mumbling and did not rectify the issue.

Total disaster. Never had such awful Pad Thai. STAY AWAY FROM Telur Thai.

The pineapple fried rice and Tom yum fried rice (colleague ordered) was so good!! Not sure why they have such low ratings. The add on of $4 for 1 bowl of tomyum soup & 4x spring rolls ($2.80 just for tomyum soup) is a good idea for solo diners. cashew chicken rice was alright only.

Food is horrible. I bought their pad si ew before, perhaps a year back and it was so good. Now it’s the complete opposite. Order was also taken wrongly. Asked for spicy, just threw in chilli pari. Asked for it to be packed but was given to dine in, despite paying for takeaway box. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

Portions were super big and they were quick. No complaints in general, prices were also very affordable. I like the Basil Chicken, well done!

Really good Thai food served here. Recently obtained their Halal-certification as well. Thai Basil chicken rice was really good - opt for the set with a choice of drink & side. Worth the money. Minced chicken was juicy, flavourful & slightly salty just the way it should be. Ordered padthai as well & it tasted good too! Good portion as well. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

I bet you the cook is not Thai. The food is really horrible, the pad Thai is the worse I have ever tried in my entire life. Taste more like mamak fried noodles! Sorry to say, the honey chicken was more flour than chicken. Please please do not support this shop. Worse Thai food ever!!
