Food is good, except staff can purposely and suddenly shift away from middle of taking order and making order to use phone for personal usage.

Desserts quality is nothing great. Customer service is seriously lacking! Staff was very rude when replying to me.

Atrocious attitudes of the two ladies running the shop. I was waiting to place my order while they were busy chit chatting with their friends and even offered to give them a free bowl. When they finally decided to serve me, waved at me as if I was blind and wasting their time, cos they wanted to hurry and get back to their chit chat. Then continued chatting away when I was making my payment, and when I wanted to walk away after making my digital payment, questioned me as if I have not paid, when they were too engrossed in their conversations to even ask to check. Ladies, please be more attentive to your customers. Do not make your customers feel like thrash when you don’t have the heart and mind to wanna serve them.

At $4.80, the portion of beancurd with two tangyuan and 4 small taro balls was quite small. The taste was average—I’d prefer getting this from Mr Bean instead

Bought the Black Sesame Rice Ball and Mochi Waffle. Mochi Waffle tasted good. But expensive for that small size. Black Sesame was too watery and too sweet. Bad, will not recommend.

Unfriendly short hair aunty, 0/10 customer service As she was not done serving a customer, i stood beside the counter patiently without speaking a word as she struggled to use the POS machine to select the customer's order. Then i got told off in a rude tone "可以自己拿!" (you can take it yourself mah!) How would one know, without being rude and entering the store premises without permission? No signs too

Ordered E2 - Ginger soup bean curd with taro balls. Price is decent considering it contains rice balls as well. However, I felt that taro was too overcooked. Have not tried their waffles though, hopefully it’s better.

Bad customer service. Unfriendly short hair aunty speak in rude tone. Ordered soy milk with full glass of ice and half filled soy milk cost $3.30. Even with full cup of ice, the soy milk only filled about 70% of the cup. Will not visit this aunty again.

Totally Bad customer service . Impatient and rude staff (there was only male staff working on 5 July..around 8.40pm). Replied to me very rudely as I was placing my order. Seems like he is not even clear on what is he selling.

This is a new store opened at Tampines Mall. The dessert area really tasty and yummy. I tried the Signature waffle and Beauty dessert, the quality is great. The staff needs to be bit polite AB’s kind to the customers.

Went on 21 May 2025 late evening and the lady manning the store is super nice :) Last time i came here it was a mean auntie (months ago). Ordered their mochi waffle, taro pudding sago latte, and created my own dessert cup. Total was $15.70. The mochi waffle is amazing, its my go to order after dinner! Tried their taro pudding sago latte and it taste like taro with sago in soy milk! Created my own cup with grass jelly, and 3 servings of taro jelly! I really like their taro 🤣 The kind lady even gave me coupons woo
