Kopitiam at Tampines Mall represents Singapore's beloved food court culture at its finest, bringing together 20 carefully selected hawker stalls on the fourth floor that showcase the best of local and regional cuisine under one modern, air-conditioned roof. This revamped food court features an impressive lineup including three Michelin-recommended establishments: the internationally acclaimed Hawker Chan, the heritage-rich HJH Maimunah specializing in traditional Malay cuisine, and Shi Hui Yuan known for their exceptional Chinese dishes. The food court's contemporary design and spacious seating areas create a comfortable dining environment where families, office workers, and food enthusiasts can enjoy authentic hawker flavors without the typical outdoor hawker center experience.
The diverse culinary offerings at Kopitiam Tampines cater to every palate and preference, from the aromatic Heng Hwa hometown specialties and handmade Sarawak Kolo Mee to Indonesian BBQ, Hainanese chicken rice, and nutritious Chinese soups. Each stall maintains high standards of food safety and quality while preserving the authentic cooking methods and recipes that make Singapore's hawker culture so special. The variety extends beyond traditional local fare to include creative fusion dishes and modern interpretations of classic recipes, ensuring that both traditionalists and adventurous diners find something to satisfy their cravings.
Operating daily from 7 AM to 10 PM at #04-27/28/29, Kopitiam Tampines provides convenient meal options throughout the day, from early breakfast for commuters to late dinners for shoppers and entertainment seekers. Xi’An Cuisine 西安印象 at Tampines Mall Level 4 Kopitiam
Order: Xi’An Signature Biang Biang Noodles at $6.80,
Xi’An Cold Noodles at $5.00, 6pcs of Steamed Pork Dumplings at $6.50, 6pcs of Fried Pork Dumplings at $7.80 and 5pcs of beef sticks at $6.80
Verdict: 7/10
Comments: Signature noodles is nice but salty, cold noodles is not bad, steamed pork dumplings are not that nice as I can taste the flour in the skin, fried pork dumplings taste too porky but taste fine and the beef sticks are too salty even though it is tasty.
There’s plenty of seats but most tables are dirty. The drinks stall has super long queue and the fruits stall is closed

Pu tian food from Tai He Soon. Lor mee is ok. Yam is too dry and little portion. Lychee pork is the most ridiculous dish, 90% of it are all flour. They should rename it to Lychee Flour instead. Definitely not worth $12 and not authentic.

I ordered chendol from the dessert stall at kopi Tiam Tampines mall today 1 pm. The lady at the stall told me to wait because she wanted to prepare the other desserts. While waiting, another customer came along and she ignored me and serve the other customer. When I got angry, she shouted at me instead of apologizing to me

Food is ok but the atmosphere is terrible for a food court table are always dirty (Not the cleaner fault they are always busy, should have more staff!) should have long tables for single person sitting so they don't waste table resources

Crowded and noisy place, especially during peak hours.
Service tray wasn't clean yet oily, food placeD on the tray tends to slip. Accidentally tilted caused food to overturn and wasted. If knocked by other customers, hot boiling soup could hurt either party. Absolutely a hazardous place!

The tables are still dirty. Some of the food items are good.

Quite difficult to get seats in this foodcourt it's always packed with shoppers on weekends.
I tried the TEPPANYAKI Omu Curry Rice & Donburi store for the first time and ordered the Pork Cutlet Omu Curry Rice. Overall the dish was average, however I didn't like the given soup as it was rather bland.

DO NOT BUY FROM MIXED VEG STALL ! Ordered 1 veg and 1 meat cost $4.10 ! So expensive. I saw the menu for 2 meat is $3.50. This is ridiculous ! SCAM !!

The particular stall their staffs are very bad attitude and bad service. Always scolding the customers and also having long back face everytime especially the 2 lady staffs

As a heart patient and being diabetic, I requested for a less salty portion but your chef was so condescending and rude in his reply. He rebuked me for telling him Before he cooked my meal ( then when?). He spoke in good English.
I didn't see him under any duress so i concluded that it's his attitude.

Located in Level 4 of Tampines Mall, many choices of food for selection such as Thai, Indonesia, Chinese, Korean, Malay, western and local food. big and spacious but crowded with table and chair which provide a good place for dinning-in.

Rather expensive ordering from FoodPanda. But flavour of soup is nice and comforting. Not too salty. However, first time I eat fish soup that has several bones in the fish slices. Maybe can improve on cutting skills.
Dine in for their riverside indonesian grill. Love the chicken!
Teh ping was okay.

Been here many times after a night of shopping in Tampines Mall, lots of cuisine options & vastly cheaper than any of the mall restaurants. My only complaint is that it's SO POPULAR that it's hard to find a table at peak times (lunch/dinner) and it can get pretty loud.

Fantastic service at Original Fish Soup. Was served by the Chinese lady at the counter on 7 July, 5+pm. Ordered the fish head soup and tried to use the Fairprice App to pay for my order. Unfortunately, the app had some issues and couldn't be activated. The kind lady kept assuring me that it's ok and asked me to collect the food and eat first. She said I can come back later to make payment after I'm done. I managed to restart my phone and finally made payment. Such a kind and understanding service staff.
The fish is fresh too. Good portion and taste great. Thank you.

Good place to get your meals fixed except it can be difficult to get a table when it’s meal time (so it’s best to be there early) and tables are dirty (you’ll have to bring your own wet wipes to clean the table)
Otherwise, family loves the Michelin star Nasi Padang stall and would travel to Tampines Mall for it. There’s usually a Q at this stall but it’s served fast so queues usually don’t take long.

Tampines Mall Kopitiam has many variety of nice food. old Airport Rd Wanton mee is one of my favourite that comes with black sauce, follow by the Riverside Indonesian Bbq. Sad to say What the fish standard has dropped. The malay Padang rice are very delicious too but it’s always having a long queue. So try out the signature noodle just beside the chicken rice. I fell in love with the noodle. They are generous with the sauce. There are many seats available but prevent coming at the lunch hours.
Food 4/5
Service 4/5
Atmosphere 4/5

Lunch crowd made this place very noisy. If you prefer a quiet, better go to restaurant instead of the food court. Selection of food stalls ok for me.
