Food is okay, but the atmosphere is terrible for a food court. Tables are always dirty. (Not the cleaners' fault; they're always busy and should have more staff!) They should have long tables for single people sitting so they don't waste table resources.

I ordered chendol from the dessert stall at Kopi Tiam Tampines Mall at 1 PM today. The lady at the stall told me to wait because she wanted to prepare the other desserts. While waiting, another customer came along, and she ignored me and served the other customer. When I got angry, she shouted at me instead of apologizing.

The staff at this particular stall have very bad attitudes and provide bad service. They are always scolding customers and also wear sullen expressions every time, especially the two lady staff members.

This is a crowded and noisy place, especially during peak hours.
The service tray wasn't clean and was oily; food placed on the tray tends to slip. Accidental tilting caused food to overturn and be wasted. If knocked by other customers, hot boiling soup could hurt either party. This is absolutely a hazardous place!

I've been here many times after a night of shopping in Tampines Mall. It has lots of cuisine options and is vastly cheaper than any of the mall restaurants. My only complaint is that it's so popular that it's hard to find a table at peak times (lunch/dinner), and it can get pretty loud.

Lunch crowd made this place very noisy. If you prefer quiet, you'd better go to a restaurant instead of the food court. The selection of food stalls was okay for me.

I normally don't post meals from a food court. But this stall deserves a mention. The serving of fish slices was generous, and they were fresh too.

Here's the edited review:
I like the Thai food and halal chicken rice stalls which are at the two corners by the entrance. The food portions are more than enough and yummy. Though during mealtimes it's always crowded and very hard to find seats.

Good place to get your meals, though it can be difficult to get a table during meal times (so it’s best to be there early). Additionally, tables are often dirty, so you’ll have to bring your own wet wipes to clean them.
Otherwise, our family loves the Michelin-star Nasi Padang stall and would travel to Tampines Mall for it. There’s usually a queue at this stall, but service is fast, so waits typically don’t take long.
