I wanted to order takeaway. After ordering halfway, the staff informed me that it was now cashless, and only PayLah or PayNow could be used. Not all people have PayLah or PayNow. Can you imagine older generations not having it at all? Now, even with money, I couldn't buy food to eat. The company should consider accepting both cash and cashless payments for all types of customers. In the end, I couldn't buy anything because I only had cash and no card. I will not buy from them anymore. This is not customer-friendly.

Not sure why the blonde-haired girl is so rude and has an attitude issue, eh. Please pass her a chill pill 🙏🙏🙏

Food is good. Queue is long but understandable. There's one tall guy who insists on speaking in Mandarin and comes across as very arrogant and condescending, even though I am the customer.

Ordered a Set A which consisted of 2 Chicken Skewers, 1 Pork Skewer, and 1 Meatball. Added on a Pork & Asparagus, which totaled over $10.
Meatballs were okay, the chicken skewers were average but dry, and the pork skewer was hard and dry.
Sauce on the rice was not sufficient, but overall, it could fill your stomach.

TORI Q IS SO GOOD! I like the meatballs. It's so, so, so good! I wish I could eat forever, but I'm broke.

A great place for takeaway teriyaki sticks with rice. You can see the staff grilling the sticks in front of you with this cool machine. There are standard set options. Alternatively, you can pick whichever you like and be charged per stick, with an additional price for rice. Each stick is about $1-$1.80, depending on what you choose. The meat is juicy and tender, and the sauce is very flavorful. If you get the rice box, there are also seaweed and pickle, which makes it a delicious meal!

Love the yakitori. Always order a set and additional items. One set is never enough.
They sell Japanese rice, and it is also recommended. Even though the price is a bit more expensive than normal rice, Japanese rice is sticky and tasty. It can be used to make sushi.

Nice, and good value for money ($6++ for a set meal). Alternatively, you can get their chicken/pork sticks ($1.20++). I usually get the set meal, so there are about 4 sticks of chicken. Their gravy is also really nice!
