TORI Q IS SO GOOD! I like the meatballs. It's so, so, so good! I wish I could eat there forever, but I'm broke.

"It's rather overpriced for a proper meal: a minimum of 4 skewers and rice will cost $8++, and their chicken balls are also getting smaller. Their customer service sucks; even when they make a mistake, they don't really seem to care because they don't need your money."

Wanted to order takeaway. After placing my order, the staff informed me that they are now cashless, only accepting PayLah or PayNow. Not everyone has PayLah or PayNow. Imagine the older generation who don't have these at all. Now, even with money, I couldn't buy food. The company should consider accepting both cash and cashless payments for all customers. In the end, I couldn't buy anything because I only had cash and no card. I won't be buying from them anymore... not customer-friendly.

I'm not sure why the blonde-haired girl was so rude and seemed to have an attitude. Please tell her to take a chill pill. 🙏🙏🙏

Food is good. The queue is long, but understandable. There's one tall guy who insists on speaking Mandarin and comes across as very arrogant and condescending, even though I am the customer.

"Service is very slow, resulting in long queues. Due to the nature of the place and its setup, orders can be easily mistaken or misheard. However, Tori Q is still delicious and affordable."

Ordered Set A, which consists of 2 Chicken Skewers, 1 Pork Skewer, and 1 Meatball. I added a Pork & Asparagus skewer, which totaled over $10. The meatballs were okay, the chicken skewers were average but dry, and the pork skewer was hard and dry. The sauce on the rice was not sufficient, but overall it could fill your stomach.

Great place for takeaway teriyaki sticks with rice. You can watch the staff grilling the sticks in front of you using this cool machine. There are standard set options, or you can pick whichever you like and be charged per stick, with an additional price for rice. Each stick is about $1-1.80, depending on your choice. The meat is juicy and tender, and the sauce is very flavorful. If you get the rice box, there's also seaweed and pickles, which makes it a delicious meal!

Love the yakitori! I always order a set and additional items. One set is never enough. They also sell Japanese rice, which I recommend. Although the price is a bit more expensive than normal rice, Japanese rice is sticky and tasty, and can be used to make sushi.

"Nice and value for money ($6++ for a set meal). Alternatively, you can get their chicken or pork sticks ($1.20++). I usually get the set meal, which comes with about four chicken sticks. Their gravy is also really nice!"
