Awesome food. Would be great if there were seats to dine in. Always have long queue but it’s worth the queue!!!👍🏻 …

Rather overpriced for a proper meal: minimum 4 skewers and rice, which will cost $8++. Their chicken balls are also getting smaller. Their customer service sucks, even when they messed up they don't really care because they don't need your money.

Want to order takeaway. After order halfway then the staff informed me is cashless now, only can use paylah or paynow Not all people have paylah or paynow. Can u imagine older generation don't have it at all . Now is got money also cannot buy food to eat.. company should consider use cash and cashless also for all type of customer. End up I can't buy cos I only have cash and no card. Will not buy from them anymore ..not customer friendly

Such a fun place to go and have something to eat. The food simply tastes so good. It is the perfect place to stop at to get a quick bite to eat. I recommend to get the chicken balls, they are by far the best.

Great place for takeaway teriyaki sticks with rice. You can view the staff grilling the sticks in front of you with this cool machine. there's standard set options, alternatively you can pick whichever you like and be charged per stick, additional price for rice. Each stick is about $1-1.8 depending on what you choose. The meat is juicy and tender and the sauce very flavorful. If you get the rice box there's also seaweed and pickle which makes it a delicious meal!

Shocked to see the lady using the same gloves to handle the cooked food which drops out from the rotating bbq machine and then touch the raw meat before she clipped the stick onto the machine. When I told the staff to point it out to the lady cooking, they are hesitant. Only when I told the regular male staff (I frequent the outlet often and this male staff is always around) did he went to tell the lady and the lady changed her gloves and washed her hands.

asked for extra sauce and they barely even gave any... rice was dry and the pirikara chicken was so cold and hard. will not come back here again, wasn't the first time this happened

Food is good. Queue is long but understandable. There's one tall guy who insists on speaking in mandarin and comes across as very arrogant, condescending even tho I am the customer.

Love the yakitori. Always ordered set and additional things still. One set is never enough. They sell the Japanese rice and it is also recommended. Even though the price is a bit more expensive than normal rice but Japanese rice is sticky and tasty. Can be used to make sushi.
