Sales person wasn't interested in serving me despite the fact that she was not serving any customers. When I asked for a product she just pointed to it and went back to standing around. Terrible experience at this outlet

Worst customer service out of all outlets. The female staff here feels like they can’t be bothered to serve you. Ask to test they just give you a rice grain size.

Went there today between 8:10 - 8:13pm. As I understand that there were customer, I patiently waited for them and trying my best to search for my item. When the staff were available, she decided to served another guy who just walk in instead. The staff not only ignore serving me, while looking around , another staff bang onto me. Giving a benefit of doubt that she is not on purpose, I turned towards her. No apologies were given at all. I don't remember having such bad experience with this store since this store opened not long ago and previous experience was pleasant. But still, won't want to head back for a bad experience.

Dropped by Aesop as I have concerns with my enlarged pores and blemishes and super grateful that Aqila came to attend to me ☺️ She’s very patient to check on my daily cleansing routine and recommended a few products that can fill in the gaps. She even gave a few tips on how to double cleanse my face as this helps to cut down on the number of steps in my cleansing routine, I do get pretty lazy if I need to do multiple steps in my routine. Hope to be back again to browse their body fragrance!

This evening, around 6:30 PM, I stopped by Aesop Tampines. Despite the small number of people, the staff was warm and attentive, suggesting thoughtful gift ideas as they listened attentively. We engaged in conversations over cups of freshly poured mint tea while anticipating the preparation of my purchase. I appreciate the personalized service delivered with genuine passion! Cheers

Walked in to Tampines Aesop on a Sunday afternoon and had an extremely pleasant experience with Audrey. Not only was she knowledgeable on the hand lotions and the different scents and recommendation for my type of skin, she was also not pushy! Would definitely return and look for her again for my go-to needs for Aesop!

I would like to give special compliments to Xiang Ying who served me during my very first visit to Aesop at Tampines. I went on a Saturday around 11am and could see that the store was bustling due to the holiday period. I took a look around on my own as I found all the staff to be busy but felt quite lost as I was looking for a gift. I stood around waiting for the staff to be done. Xiang Ying was in the middle of packing something when she noticed me waiting and was the staff that walked over, asking if I need help, much to my relief! She was patient and really sweet in hearing out my gift requirements. Even though I changed my mind halfway about the product, she showed no signs of irritation. Xiang ying even went the extra mile to show me the popular scents around the store, from body wash to shampoo. She was extremely patient and accomodating with my queries and thanks to her, I was able to purchase what I need efficiently. Thank you for the great shopping experience at Aesop!

Visited Tampines Aesop a few weeks ago, being completely new to the brand, I was served by a lady with bangs, her name was Vivi. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I told her I was going to be traveling soon and she gave me and my mom some samples to try and my mom loved it. I will definitely find her again when I go to Singapore!🥰

Liked this brands’ product. As here is summer through the year, visited to buy deodorant. Though I ad to pay more that Korea($5-6), shopping experience in there felt good. The staff in there is kind, and could try diverse products. It would be more comfortable to have price tag on the products. I had to ask the price to staff as I was not able to find the price tag.

Was serve by this male staff . His service is awesome and veri knowledgeable. He given me some sample to try on my sensitive skin . I brought a toner and after the wrap he even must some on the bag . Appreciate the small detail u gave . Will be back

It was my first visit to Aesop. I was looking for a Vitamin C serum and body shampoo. Served by Hui Qi and the experience was great! They have ready samples in the store and she gave me to try on the spot. I bought Geranium Body Cleanser and Lucent Facial Serum for my own use and a customised gift set for my GF. Definitely will come back again!

I had the most wonderful experience visiting this outlet of Aesop. I had not much knowledge of this brand prior to visiting, but I had my breath taken away by the exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Aqilah who was super helpful and patient with me, even giving me a tour of the whole store experience and was eager to go the extra mile and sharing with me the stories behind each product I was curious about, really selling me the purposeful and authentic brand experience Aesop desires to communicate. The store itself is sooo cozy, I really got the feeling of being a guest in a wonderful host's space. Shame I didn't have a jacket to hang with their complimentary cardigan spritzing service, but the guilt-free peppermint tea was lovely 🥰

I visited this outlet on their opening day, 4 Jul 2022. Service was fantastic! A very knowledgeable lady named Noor (not sure if correct spelling) served me and my friend. She introduced the store layout to us and recommended products to me based on my requirements. This is the first time I’m buying Aesop in Singapore and is a very good experience. I will be making a return visit for sure!

I have the best customer service experience at Aesop Tampines today with salesperson Iris that I have to write a google review (something that I do not normally take the initiative to do)! I was looking for a gift for a lady who only has functional use of one hand & thus needed a special type of packaging. Iris is extremely thoughtful & helpful in recommending me a skincare product that allows fuss-free single hand application. She also went out of her way to help me gift wrap the present nicely, observed that I have some skin concerns & provided me samples to try. I had a long day at work & just a 15 mins client-centred & personalised shopping experience with her made my day. Thank you Iris! Keep up the good work.
