I went tampines mall outlet to purchase my shampoo but sadly i accidentally bought conditioner so i went back to exchange it quickly within 2mins time. Before that when i wanted to payment, there is a chinese girl named Erin with golden hair is playing her phone at the counter, no one assist me. At last other staff ask her to make payment for me, her face show doesn’t want to help. Also, never double check with customer that what customer is buying. When i return the store for the exchange, she angry with me and ask me check properly before i buy next time with bad attitude. I understand it is only $27, but dont show that bad attitude to customer. Lastly, she never give me the receipt also said need to keep back. What a bad experience to shop in this outlet 👎👎👎

Din expects the service from this branch is that good! No hard selling at all, I was served by Zarlina. Furthermore, she is trilingual. 👏 Her customer service is excellent!! Another staff-Hui Sin also very friendly and helpful.
Shopping at this branch, I feel super relaxed. I guess next round, I would top up my bodyshop products from this branch. Thumbs up! 👍👍
The only down side- I really miss their range of fragrance oil, and now it is so limited.
Also, my favourite olive oil scent has changed so much. ☹️

Bought some items from their 40% sale. Love the ginger line as it helps with my dandruff. 10 years ago I dont think they had conditioner? Or maybe I didnt notice. But now they do. The cherry blossom mist reminds me of my teenage years; still the same scent!
Service by the short hair staff was excellent. She eas very friendly answering my questions. When I told her I was looking for jumbo moringa, the outlet was out of it and helped to call other outlets to check for available stocks! Nice experience.

I was recommended their drops of light pure clarifying foam wash, as the Vitamin C face polish (orange), was out of stock. Been using it for a few days now and can definitely see positive effects. The cleanser is amazing--I was also served by a very warm and friendly staff (can't remember her name), but I love bodyshop! Their cleansers and body wash -- unbeatable!
