Yu Hong and Eric provided the best customer service experience! They happily guided me in choosing my first pair of On shoes. They were very patient and gave genuine customer service. I went to the Ion branch but bought at this Tampines branch because of stock availability, and a big bonus was Yu Hong and Eric's service. A big thank you to them!

Bought a pair of Hoka Bondi 9 (W) and Hoka Clifton 10 (M) from the Tampines outlet on 25/4. I was served by sales staff Eric. Thanks for his patience and knowledge of the products, which helped us get the right pair of sports shoes we wanted. This provided us with a really good shopping experience at Running Lab TM.

Based on the reviews, I went to see Eric, and he was indeed very helpful. He let me try on different shoes before measuring my feet and realizing that my feet were different sizes. After I told him that I really wanted the Asics Novablast but the size wasn't quite right, he helped me arrange a reservation with another store. I highly recommend this store for finding the perfect fit.
