Yu Hong and Eric provided the best customer service. They happily guided me in choosing my first pair of On shoes. They were very patient and offered genuine customer service. I had originally visited the Ion branch, but I purchased the shoes at this Tampines branch due to stock availability. Yu Hong and Eric's excellent service was also a significant bonus. A big thank you to them!

Bought a pair of Hoka Bondi 9 (W) and Hoka Clifton 10 (M) from the Tampines outlet on 25/4. We were served by sales staff Eric. His patience and knowledge of the products were greatly appreciated, as they helped us get the right pair of sports shoes we wanted. Overall, this made for a really good shopping experience at Running Lab.

I saw reviews here that Eric was really helpful, and went there to see for myself. He let me try on different shoes before measuring my feet and realized that my feet were of different sizes. After I told him that I really wanted to get the Asics Novablast but there wasn't a slightly larger size, he helped me arrange a reservation with another store. Highly recommended store for you to find the perfect fit.
