When i tested the fountain, she gave me the green veil base to test. After payment made i didn't notice the item she took for me was the purple veil base( first time trying laneige , didn't know how each of the products look like on the outer packaging)

Went to this outlet recently to look at their Cushion glow compacts with the intention of buying. Asked the only saleslady there if I could swatch the foundation and she was INCREDIBLY rude. she spoke a total of 2 lines to me - 1) asking what I want(ed) 2) where do I want to swatch (the foundation). Then she just left without saying another word or looking at my direction and was back to being VERY friendly with the other customerS (complete contrast to how I was treated). Didn't assist me or approach me to explain the product at all. Don't know if it's because I don't look like their typical target audience (being darker skinned) or that I looked like I wasn't going to buy but that was such a bad experience, felt like I wasn't welcomed at all. Completely put me off of buying. Would take my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. There were 2 sales staffs tonight.
They took forever to serve others in the store and when it was finally my turn ( with no acknowledgement at all mind you) and no apology. If not happy donβt work in customer service line.
In the end the item I was keen in was OOS. Joke. Donβt you guys label range thatβs OOS?

Visited this Laneige store at Tampines Mall yesterday with a friend. I was looking for a gift. As I entered the store, one of 3 female staff mumbled something in a language I didnβt understand amongst themselves.. Unaware, I bought some masks and left.
Later I was told by my friend that she said I wouldnβt be buying, just browsing.. this Salesperson is so rude. I think the management ought to teach her some manners and service.

Very bad service/attitude from the staff here. I checked the product price here and check with staff in regarding online promo if here also does the promo? She just reply oh online is online offline is offline and I wont know anything about it. I asked so you unsure about the promo thingy if here have? She just say online is online we are offline so we wont know about any promos online or not we are different and dunno whats going on with the online promo thingy. Iβm just wondering how come your staffs donβt know anything about it. And donβt even help check. Keep saying don't know in not a friendly manner. Like urging me to leave and not even recommending to the retail price till I asked. And those small bottles she just say all this have to buy purchase with purchase or $250 den can buy the sample size. And not recommending or what. The feeling she gave is like I am going to close soon. Even I say is ok thank you she did not even give a reply.

Went this evening at 8pm+, enquired about water based sunblock for my son and was served by Pei Pei. She is honest and knowledgeable. She told me the sunblock is not suitable for my son due to his skin condition and gave me some samples for my son to try and guided us how to let him use them though I did not buy any things from her.
