It has been a great experience shopping at this store. Pei Pei has been a great help with the Laneige products. She recommends products that are suitable for me and doesn't oversell. She does send reminders about sales and advises which products to purchase accordingly. I knew her when she was at the Ion Orchard outlet. I have always bought my products from the Tampines Mall Laneige branch, and Pei Pei has been my go-to person ever since. She gives good recommendations and updates me on what I should be aware of. She doesn't push products and only recommends those I truly need, a quality that is hard to find these days in the retail/beauty market. Pei Pei is warm, friendly, and understands her customers and products well. When in town, she recommended skincare products suitable for my skin. During my last two weeks in TPE, my skin reacted with dryness due to the cold weather. Without a second thought, I WhatsApped her.
