Pei Pei understands my skincare concerns and remembers what I've used in the past. She also knows what else to recommend as my skin changes. Pei Pei has never been pushy. In fact, she even advises me when it's unnecessary to buy an item if it overlaps with something I already have. If an item is on promotion, she helps me calculate the best way to ensure I get the best deal. Shopping with Pei Pei at the Tampines Mall outlet is something I always look forward to. Shopping with Pei Pei is like shopping with a reliable friend. I only go to that outlet, even though there are other outlets closer to me. I only go to the store when Pei Pei is on duty. I have always bought my products from the Laneige branch in Tampines Mall, and Pei Pei has been my go-to person ever since. She gives good recommendations and updates me on what I should take note of.
