food is always not lacking ingredients , mac and cheese wrap no mac only cheese lmao , made me and my friends wait 1hour and it isn’t even crowded , always get my order wrong , twice in a row dawg , and service is terrible lol

I was ordering a meal to break my fast last monday after my classes. it was pretty busy and there were a lot of people who had ordered food. After waiting around 7-10 minutes, my food was ready but to my horror the fries were 1/2 filled or maybe less than that.There was also no way i ate the food because i was going to break my fast later at around 7+. When i opened the mcd’s bag at home, it was then when i noticed the issue. the filet o fish and drink was okay but the fries were cold. The atmosphere was pretty busy and it was rush hour so i kind of understand why it was half filled. Still pretty disappointing tho.

Ordered spicy nuggets meal ($8.35) for takeaway. They didn't give chilli sauce and we had to ask for it. Most disappointing was the medium fries was super under-pack and pathetic. Felt super ripped off by them (refer to the picture). Spicy nuggets were not bad. Hope they can improve their service.

This mcdonald’s worker who was serving my food was so agitated, moving around while me and my sister stared her down. Why is she so mad at everyone wanting to help her?????? It was for 0 reason too. NO apology. If she IS autistic, I don’t see a reason for her working here. She’s causing a disruption in the place. Her name’s HuiLan, I think. Working shift on 3.20 Wednesday 21 May.

Was having dinner at 7pm with my son in front of the Pick up order. One of the customer spilled the drink on the floor while taking the tray from the counter. The drink spilled on the ground and the manager (guy) on duty saw it. He didn’t even offer to pass him a new drink and just tell his staff to go n mop the floor! The staff went to mop the floor and after mopping the floor I ask her Why is there no replacement for the customer who spilled the drink ? Guess what ? She say I am busy mopping floor my hand are dirty Don’t know why no one else help to replace him the drink. After she mop the floor she came to ask me May I know which customer need the replacement drink ? I have to point to her. 😳 What kind customer service does Mac have ? So disappointed with their service! If I don’t tell the staff mean no one will pass him a new drink !!!

Ordered the new Curry Chicken Wrap. Taste of curry sauce - nil. Bought to counter, was just told “got put, one pump only.” I don’t know what’s one pump, but I really don’t see/taste any. Not going use a microscope to scrutinize. Disappointing.

Went there after a movie to grab a quick bite. Not many options for us as we are vegetarians so we settled for a large order of fries. The quantity was ok but the fries were all soggy. It felt like they have been sitting like that for a while and were not even warmed before serving. The taste was bland, no salt or anything.

One of the worst Macdonald outlet to visit. If you are dining in or ordering a take away. Be prepared to wait for an average of 30mins. This happened to me on 3 different occasions. If you’re ordering grab food from this outlet. Be prepared to have your order incorrect. Ordered 2 chicken scrambled egg burger meal. One came without cheese and the other came without chicken patty, cheese and wrong sauce. McDonald managment, pls train your team better! Updated: 8th June : another grab food order gone wrong. Ordered without sauce and burger can without cheese and sauce. Plus hash browns are tasteless. Did you change your supplier without doing a taste test! Disappointing breakfast on a Sunday morning again.

Horrible service. Inattentive staff - stood at the cashier counter for some time, waiting for someone to help me. Staff saw me, all of them, but none could be bothered to say a word to me. I was given bad service some years back, i thought things would have changed but i am so wrong.

Not sure why but the fries these days at Tampines Mall seems to be dry, stale and cold and overcooked. Has that paper dry cardboard feel! Do something guys as it's only 11.00am not peak hours. A shout out to your diligent staff Eric and I applaud mcd for supporting and journeying with special needs person's with gainful employment and training!

Came here had a good breakfast before work. As still early so it’s not so crowded. The location is great as its right at the entrance of the mall. The service crew is a elderly guy, just dropped the plate with food and left. I was hopping he could say: Good morning and enjoy your meal 😆 Anyway the place , the tables , chairs are cleaned and arranged neatly welcoming the customers.

Tried the Mala Chicken Mcrispy, it’s not bad. The chicken has a good balance of the spiciness, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The crispy skin was the best part.

On my rare day off from the hustle and bustle of running Zheng ZiChar, I decided to treat myself to something different. I headed to McDonald’s to try their new festive menu items, and the moment I walked in, the golden arches seemed to say, “HUAT ah!” Curious and excited, I ordered a little bit of everything: * Prosperity Beef Burger * Fortune Prosperity Beef Burger * Prosperity Twister Fries * Pineapple Pie The first bite of the Fortune Prosperity Burger immediately reminded me of Chinese New Year vibes. The beef patty, coated in a rich black pepper sauce, was both flavorful and comforting. It was like prosperity in every bite! Then came the Prosperity Twister Fries, which were crispy and perfectly seasoned. They were such a fun twist on the classic fries—both literally and flavor-wise. For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Pineapple Pie. The sweet and tangy pineapple filling was warm and delightful, a perfect way to end the meal. As I savored each bite, I couldn’t help but feel the festive spirit. Taking time to try something new reminded me how much joy even a simple meal can bring. I left McDonald’s feeling recharged and ready to head back to Zheng ZiChar, inspired by how food has the power to bring happiness and a sense of celebration.

Standard comfort fast food. However, if you visit at peak hours / during a promotion run, do be prepared for a long wait. Have waited for close to 30mins once. Otherwise, food is usually delivered to your table fast.

I don't usually think of it, but McDonald's English muffins are actually pretty good. It toasts nicely, has a decent chew, and a nice crust. Overall, I like the Sausage McMuffin with Egg quite a bit. It's standard, but still very good. Where I usually opt for bacon at other fast food chains, sausage at McDonald's is a good step above and a worthy choice. This MacDonald outlet like been there for very long. I remember when I always went there when I'm still a student. Today purposely go there to find Mario peach princess kart. I'm so lucky they have ONE left. The manager is so kind and helpful. Telling me left one, you want, buy now. Hahaha I just had lunch but I really need the toy for my daughter so I purchased it immediately when I heard left one. So happy. And my girl was so happy too, she hold it no matter, dinner time, sleeping time and even brought it to school.

Mac promo $1 cappuccino taste the same as non promotion in Tampines Mall. I am happy as my previous review PLS Mac Cappuccino taste horrible. Should have consistency in place all branches.
