I bought garlic bread from Four Leaves, and did you know they actually bundle a game with their bread? The game is called "Where's the Garlic?"
This is an excellent game where you pull away the individual cut pieces of bread and try to find where they hid the garlic. If your eyesight isn't perfect, you'll probably need to use a magnifying glass to find the yellow garlic parts because they were so good at hiding it. My whole family had countless hours of fun playing this game.

"I recently visited this shop and was disappointed by the staff's attitude, specifically an older woman wearing glasses, who came across as unwelcoming and indifferent. She seemed disinterested in assisting customers, and this wasn't the first time. Somehow, my kids like the bakery here more than other brands, and we've bought a lot from other branches. However, only this location treats customers poorly. On a few occasions when we visited, and my children pointed at the bakery items they wanted, this woman would run over and shout at them, “Hey, hey, hey! Be careful, don’t touch the bread!” This action was so rude that it made me uneasy. For the first few times, I treated it as the behavior of an elderly person, so I didn't mention anything. But after a few visits and the same thing happening, I couldn't take this type of attitude anymore and started to question her, asking why she kept shouting at customers for touching the bread. If the bread can't be pointed at in the showcase and customers are afraid to touch it, then you shouldn't showcase it and sell it to them. Respecting her as a member of staff doesn't mean she can treat customers with an attitude, which made the experience feel less than pleasant. Unfortunately, based on this, I wouldn't recommend this shop to others.
Remember, it takes years for customers to visit your shop to buy your products, but it takes only a few seconds to destroy the trust between your shop's reputation and the customers."

I told the staff that I would like to pay for a whole cake and come back to collect it later, as I was rushing to run a few errands. There was only one customer halfway through the transaction, and I stood to his right, waiting for my turn. After that, the cashier attended to a lady customer who came after me and stood to the earlier customer's left (I was on his right). I told myself it was okay, and let one person cut in line. Subsequently, the cashier did it to me AGAIN by attending to another customer.
I spoke up and told her nicely that I had been waiting to make a payment, but she allowed two people to cut in line. She replied, "I know, but the line is on the other side." Shouldn't she have the courtesy to at least inform me if I was standing in the wrong place? She still had the nerve to reply, "I KNOW!" So, if I didn't ask, was she going to allow everyone to go before me? I asked to speak to her manager, but she told me there wasn't one. When I asked for her name, she kept quiet.
Cashier CHEONG LAY HONG, I still managed to get your name from your colleague, who seemed apologetic. The receipt given also states your name clearly.

The bread and cakes were fine, but the counter staff (an older woman) was very rude.

I stood next to the shop and witnessed this. One staff member, an "aunty," wore a glove on her right hand, but not on her left, while arranging bread in the display shelves. The right hand, with the glove, was supposedly for handling food, while the ungloved left hand was for non-food items. She opened the display shelf doors using her gloved right hand, arranged each bread, closed the door, then opened the next one, arranged, and closed it, repeating this cycle. Imagine how many customers' hands have opened and closed the doors while choosing bread. This staff member is helping to add germs to all the bread.

Four Leaves bakery, nestled in the bustling basement of a popular mall, is a carb-lover's paradise. The shop exudes warmth, and the aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air. Patrons rave about their signature Sio Pan—a must-try for any visitor. Additionally, their steamed cakes come in an array of delightful flavors, each fluffy and perfectly moist. This hidden gem offers quality treats that keep customers returning.

Their cakes are worth it for your celebration. I've been patronizing this bakery for years. The cakes and bread are very affordable and of great quality. No wonder there's always a long queue in the store.
