Told staff that I’ll like to make payment for a whole cake n back to collect ltr as I was rushing to run a few errands.
There was only 1 customer halfway thru the transaction n I stood on his right, waiting for my turn. After which, the cashier attended to a lady customer who came after me n stood on the earlier customer’s left (I was on his right). I tell myself, it’s ok. Let 1 pax cut my Q. Subsequently, the cashier did it to me AGAIN by attending to another customer.
I spoke up n told her nicely I’ve been here waiting to make payment but u allow 2 ppl to cut my Q. She replied: I know but the Q is on the other side. Shouldn’t she hv the courtesy to at least infm me if I was standing at the wrong place? Still have the cheek to reply I KNOW! So if I don’t ask, is she gg to allow everyone to go before me? Asked to speak to her mgr, told me no mgr. Asked for her name, she kept quiet.
Cashier CHEONG LAY HONG, I still managed to get ur name from ur colleague who seems apologetic. The receipt given also states your name clearly.

Located right infront of the main escalator that leads to B1. Dozens of buns of various shapes, sizes and flavour neatly placed inside shelves. Trays and handles also conveniently stacked up next to the shelves. Start from the outside and head inside. Fast-paced cashier and support staff, but polite. Busy with locals of all kinds. Items can be as cheap as $0.80 per piece. Offers a decent variety of products - definitely in line with BreadTalk. Got a Brownie and Choc-coated Donut. Brownie had good amount of nuts, and the chocolate flavour is not too sweet. Decent size and quite crunchy on the inside. Donut was good and quite comaprable to Dunkin Donuts.

Bought garlic bread from four leaves and did u know they actually bundle a game with their bread? The game is called " Where's the garlic? "
This is an excellent game where you'll pull away the individual cut pieces of bread and try to find where they hid the garlic. If your eyesight isn't perfect, you'll probably need to use a magnifying glass to find the yellow garlic parts because they were so good at hiding it. My whole family had countless hours of fun playing this game.

Please train your staff with the correct information ie purchase with purchase promotion.
Unhappiness happened on 24 June Tue 12.30pm with two staff when they insisted they were right. In fact they were wrong. I had purchased before the same promotion at the two different outlet with no problem.

Love the an pan (red bean sweet rolls), chocolate brownie and golden scones from Four Leaves.
Also like their strawberry shortcake and chocolate classico cakes. Quality of cakes vary from time to time though.
Prices have gone up over the years. Friendly staff.
There's usually always a queue at this store due to the crowds at Tampines.
