The Pho here is average, not good, but not bad either. Passable. Service was pretty fast, even at dinner time, just that the noodles were clumpy together, and the beef tasted mid. Soup was decent, but it's just a place to fill your stomach, and not to indulge in nice Vietnamese food. And the taugey (beansprouts) they gave were very little. Beef portion was slightly lacking too, but meat is expensive, what's the excuse for so little beansprout?

The rice rolls taste good and the pho wasn’t bad. However, takes a long time to get my order. Moreover, the fried rice got one long strand of hair on it, and it was disgusting. Didn’t take photo since I have already given it back to the server who is nice. It made me doubt the hygiene of the kitchen.

Took awhile to show us where to seat. Even though it's almost empty because we came around 8.30pm. Seated suddenly the staff gave us a Qr code piece of paper. Order from here and he walked away. Luckily my daughter is a frequent diner there. She knows how to order through her phone. Gave us chopsticks. The spoon and fork place far away from us. No one said is it ok to use chopsticks since we are not familiar using it. The noodles is not much inside in a big bowl. End of the day pay 10% Surcharge and 8% GST. On top of the what we ordered.

Lunch on 16/5. Asked for menu and staff only gave us the ala carte menu. We ordered the chicken pho, lemongrass chicken with rice and summer rolls. At payment, I realised they had the set meal where the lemongrass chicken is at $9.90. Asked the staff why aren’t we paying $9.90 instead? We were billed $13.50 for that dish. Anyhow, I asked again and she gave us a bundle deal which isn’t any better. She made me pay more and gave me 2 cups of lemongrass drinks to go. All I wanted and told her was I want to pay $9.90 for the lemongrass chicken and didn’t ask for any drinks. Poor listening and bad attitude. The management Katrina group is also least bothered with my feedback I sent on 16/5 itself. No response.

the food is decent, so is the atmosphere. unfortunately, the staff are extremely unpleasant. i work in f&b too, and it gets tiring, but it doesnt give me or anyone working, the right to be rude to any customer. im very disappointed.

Nice ambiance. Per serving is quite big. The fried glass noodles is so delicious but the chicken is a bit tough. I don’t really like it. Next time can try the soft shell crab instead of chicken.

We ordered the Pho soup with fried meat ball. 5/10
And
Bun noodle - the shallots and nut were soft and stale.
Water was 50c which i detest. Why shud food outlets charge for water in SG

A delightful experience! The well-prepared, tasty dishes were served promptly. Impressed by the consistent, mouthwatering flavors across all outlets.

We came here in the evening and it was not too crowded. Ordered their pho noodle soup with beef, Bun noodle with grilled beef and summer rolls with beef. Out of the 3 we liked the rolls best. They are crunchy and flavourful. Noodles wise, tasted ok and nothing to shout about. The bill came up to about $35 which I feel is slightly on the pricey side for the quantity/quality I'm getting. Overall still worth trying if you craved vietnamese food.

The food was good – I had the Vegetarian Fried Rice with Lychee Iced Tea.
There was a 10-minute wait at lunch, so factor that in if you're going then.
The ambience was nice.

Located on level 4 Tampines Mall, I have to order 3 of the chef recommendations, and it is delicious. I have the fried Pho noodles, bowl of beef tendon slices and beef balls. Inclusive of Grilled Chicken & Chicken Ham roll (2 pc, which was actually 4 pcs when they cut) Tasty and satisfying. You can taste of the different flavors, of sweet, hot and fresh herbs. I will definitely dine again. Service was great and it is affordable. Best to dine before perk hours, expect to wait.

Not bad Vietnamese food in the mall area. Pho is good, tasty and hearty broth! Bun noodles not so much to my taste buds but the lemongrass chicken was really good - seasoned well and with charred/grilled taste.

Suitable for solo travelers.
This Vietnamese-style restaurant is also a chain, and their basic beef noodle set is quite good. The beef is tender, and the seasoning is authentic. However, they tend to use a bit too much salt; although extra salt can enhance the flavor, it can leave diners quite thirsty after the meal.
Initially, I ordered through delivery, but their delivery service was not good, as the soup would often spill during delivery. You can only enjoy the soup when dining in.
In terms of value for money, it's quite reasonable and a restaurant you can visit regularly.

Got here at 1pm in a weekday. The crowd was just starting to thin out and we got to pick our seats.
Chose 3 vegetarian dishes and had the lemongrass drink (was a but diluted).
Vegetarian summer roll was refreshing and went well with the accompanying chilli sauce.
Stir fried pho noodles were tasty and chewy. It's a good portion for two to share if you want to try different dishes.
Mango and papaya salad was the best among the three. Tasty and flavourful. It was well balanced.

So Pho is a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant.
It was quite authentic in terms of food.
As per taste, there are chillies and sauces available to add.
Nice experience with pho noodles soup and a different type of starter.
It's located next to kopitiam in tampines mall, and it is open until 9.30 pm like most of the restaurants in Singapore.

Been here more than 3 times.
Overall the food was acceptable.
Just that the waiting time will be slightly longer during peak, approximately between 10-15 minutes.
It's a Vietnamese Restaurant, so their coffee will be good.

Decent Vietnamese food at affordable prices.
Slice beef & tendon was quite tough. Beef balls were ok. Papaya & Mango Salad portion a tat small but good flavour with ikan bills. 2 sauces were provided for the spring rolls, which was appreciated. Drinks were expensive though as portion was small. Would recommend their drip coffee if you need a drink for your meal.
