I have been purchasing a range of bouquets from Xpressflower Tampines and am really impressed with their great service and the way they package the bouquets. I have been purchasing on Grab from a range of florists recently, but XpressFlower Tampines is by far my favorite. From the various photos I shared, there is a variety of different packaging methods, flower arrangements, etc., which shows the dedication and creativity of the staff. My mentor especially commended the yellow lilies and tulips, as they are really pretty. Service is awesome. There was once I called to reserve white lilies and informed them that I would pick up in 1-2 hours. The staff saw that yellow lilies were available and curated a new bouquet, allowing me to have more variety to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised, and indeed, the yellow lilies are really one of my favorite purchases. I highly recommend them if you need any flowers!

Pei Pei is very friendly and knows the products well. She only recommends suitable products and isn't a pushy salesperson, which makes shopping enjoyable.

Pei Pei is warm, friendly, and understands her customers and products well👍. When I was in town, she recommended skincare products that were suitable for my skin. During my last two weeks in Taipei, my skin had a dry reaction due to the cold weather. Without hesitation, I sent her a WhatsApp chat, and her quick response, with a small adjustment to the skincare products, helped so much, and my dry skin quickly returned to normal. In fact, she even advises me when it's unnecessary to buy an item if it overlaps with something I already have. If an item is on promotion, she helps me calculate the best way to ensure I get the best deal. Shopping with Pei Pei at the Tampines Mall outlet is something I always look forward to. Shopping with Pei Pei is like shopping with a reliable friend. I only go to that outlet, even though there are other outlets closer to me. I only go to the store when Pei Pei is on duty. I have always bought my products from the Laneige branch in Tampines Mall, and Pei Pei has been my go-to person ever since. She gives good recommendations and updates me on what I should take note of. She doesn’t push products and only recommends those I truly need, which is hard to find these days in the retail/beauty market.
