The stall is often closed in the middle of the day. I understand if the staff needs to use the restroom, but they should at least put up a sign to inform customers when to return, instead of making them wait. It randomly closes for 15 minutes or more, which is a real hassle, especially when I just want to pick up a parcel and leave.

Assisted an elderly seaman in exchanging loose change from various foreign currencies he had collected over the years. The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful, making every effort to provide assistance.

Honestly, I don't see why there are so many comments about their personality and attitude. They're so nice, please. You can't expect a service provider to be smiling at you 24/7, right? Anyway, the money changing was smooth and easy. Best rates!

They always round down the cents. For example, if the amount is SG$100.38, they will return only $100.30. Rates are on the higher side, too. The slim, bespectacled man is more calculative and has an arrogant disposition, while another plump, elderly man is somewhat more easygoing compared to him. There was hardly a "thank you" heard from them, despite us thanking them. The exchange made me feel like we were at their mercy.

If only I could give a zero-star review, I wouldn't hesitate. The customer service was very poor. I was standing in front of the counter with no other customers, but none of the three staff members there wanted to serve me, even though I politely asked three times for the exchange rate. They saw me and turned their heads away.

"Almost got scammed. Please check and double-check your money before you leave. He didn't provide a receipt because he was eager to serve the next customer. I had to return an hour later after realizing he shortchanged me by half the amount I gave him. Terrible! I'm never coming back!"

"The customer service was very rude and bad. A message to the staff: If you can't exchange a single 1k denomination bill into two 500s, you shouldn't lecture people to exchange it when they reach their destination."
