Bought a slab of ribeye steak from them, totaling $130+. Initially, they said they would give us a discount. After weighing the meat at the usual price, no discount was mentioned. We had to ask them about the discount. Only then did they say they would give a 10% discount. The service was poor, as they only gave a small bag of ice and one plastic bag for the whole eight pieces of ribeye. Only when I requested another bag of ice and a plastic bag did they give them.
The staff there is so nice and friendly. They were so helpful when I was having trouble choosing which flower bouquet to purchase. I totally recommend this place for those who want to purchase flowers. Thank you Carmen and Rachel.
"So terrible. I bought this flower for my mom as a birthday present from this shop on October 24th, and the person there told me it would just dry up. My mom brought it to her office for display. After one week, mold grew, and I went back to the shop to ask why. The person in the shop insisted that I had put it in a wet environment, which caused the mold. But the point is, the rest of the bouquets I bought from other shops didn't grow mold. Such disappointment with the quality of the flower and the attitude of the shop's staff."
Visited this florist as my 4-year-old wanted to buy a sunflower for her grandma. We were informed by one of the assistants that since it was peak period for Mother’s Day, only pre-packed bouquets were available, and they were busy fulfilling orders. This was fine for us since my kid had a limited budget. So I asked if we could purchase a single stalk instead, which the assistant nicely agreed to and went ahead to cut and pack for us. Then one of their staff, whom I assumed was the manager or supervisor, walked over to the lady who was assisting me and spoke to her abruptly and harshly, in front of me, “Don’t sell any single stalk flowers!” This was done without consideration for the staff’s feelings or the customers. The lady helping me was taken aback but continued to help us pack up our purchase. I felt that the manager’s reaction was rude and uncalled for. It should have been done discreetly. Still, thank you to the nice lady who served us.
Excellent customer service by Rachel (Tampines Mall Outlet)! She arranged a last-minute delivery for me when I was unavailable to visit the store and personally delivered the flowers on my behalf!
I have been purchasing a range of bouquets from Xpressflower Tampines and am really impressed with their great service and the way they package the bouquets.
I have been purchasing on Grab from a range of florists recently, but XpressFlower Tampines is by far my favorite.
From the various photos I shared, there is a variety of different packaging methods, flower arrangements, etc., which shows the dedication and creativity of the staff.
My mentor especially commended the yellow lilies and tulips, as they are really pretty.
Service is awesome. There was once I called to reserve white lilies and informed them that I would pick up in 1-2 hours. The staff saw that yellow lilies were available and curated a new bouquet, allowing me to have more variety to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised, and indeed, the yellow lilies are really one of my favorite purchases.
I highly recommend them if you need any flowers!
