Visited this florist as my 4 year old wanted to buy sunflower for her grandma. We were informed by one of the assistant that since it is peak period for Mother’s Day, only prepacked bouquets are available and they are busy with fulfilling orders. This was fine for us since my kid has limited budget. So I asked if we can purchase a single stalk instead which the assistant nicely said yes and went ahead to cut and pack it for us. Then one of their staff, whom I assumed is the manager or supervisor walked over to the lady who was assisting me and spoke to her abruptly and harshly, in front of me, “don’t sell any single stalk flowers!” This was done without consideration for the staff’s feelings or the customers. The lady helping me was taken aback but continued to help us pack up our purchase. I feel that the manager’s reaction is rude and uncalled for. It should have been done discretely. Still, thank you to the nice lady who served us.

Would not recommend asking for delivery service (if you want to deliver flowers to someone else) as they got the recipient name wrong. When I was giving the instructions, I clearly asked for the recipient name to someone else but on the delivery day it ended up being my name instead. The wrong recipient had resulted in confusion and the element of surprised that I was hoping my recipient would receive was thus gone on the day of the delivery. I was told that the delivery man would call the number of the recipient which I have provided, to inform her on the day of delivery but nope. Instead I found out that people were looking for “me” instead of my supposed recipient. Only after looking at the message in the card that my recipient realised that it was for her.
Nothing wrong with the flowers, they’re beautiful, however purpose of my transaction was the surprise element of the delivery which was obviously not delivered.

So terrible, i bought this flower for my mom as birthday present from this shop on the 24th Oct and the person told me it will just dry up. And My mom Brought it to her office for display. After one week, mold grew, and I went back to the shop to ask for the reason why it would grow molds and the person in shop insisted that I have put it in a wet environment which causes mold to grow. But the point is the rest of the boquets i bought from other shops did not even grow mold. Such disappointment with the quality of the flower and attitude of the shop's staff excuse.

I ordered a sorry gift for a friend via grab and wanted to write a message so I added a card. I cannot write long message on grab so I messaged them and asked via whatsapp which the lady said they will message the outlet. There was a 9 minutes difference between the message I sent and the time the grab picked up the flower. I'm so disappointed cos $1+ is meant for the card and special instructions yet it was not delivered. It is for a friend to let her know how sorry I am.

Excellent customer service from their florist on the morning of 25 September. Had to customize a bouquet to fit with a plush toy and she was able to design one that fitted its constraints. Really satisfied with the quality despite it being created within 30 minutes (and me placing my order 5 minutes after they opened).

Had been purchasing a range of bouquets from Xpressflower Tampines and am really impressed with their great service and the way they packaged the bouquets.
I have been purchasing on grab from a range of florists recently but by far, XpressFlower Tampines is my fav.
From the various photos I shared, there are a variety of different packaging method, the flower arrangements and etc which shows the dedication and creativity of the staff.
My mentor especially commended on the yellow lilies and tulips as they are really pretty.
Service is awesome. There was once I called in to reserve white lilies and informed that I will pick up in 1-2 hours time. The staff saw that there are yellow lilies available and curated a new bouquet, allowing me to have more variety to choose. I was pleasantly surprised and indeed the yellow lilies are really one of my favourite purchase.
