So terrible, I bought this flower for my mom as a birthday present from this shop on October 24th, and the person told me it would just dry up. My mom brought it to her office for display. After one week, mold grew. I went back to the shop to ask why it grew mold, and the person at the shop insisted that I had put it in a wet environment, which caused the mold to grow. But the point is, the rest of the bouquets I bought from other shops did not even grow mold. Such a disappointment with the quality of the flower and the attitude of the shop's staff, and their excuse.

Visited this florist as my 4-year-old wanted to buy a sunflower for her grandma. We were informed by an assistant that since it was a peak period for Mother’s Day, only pre-packed bouquets were available, and they were busy fulfilling orders. This was fine for us since my kid had a limited budget. So I asked if we could purchase a single stalk instead, which the assistant nicely said yes and went ahead to cut and pack it for us. Then one of their staff members, whom I assumed was the manager or supervisor, walked over to the lady who was assisting me and spoke to her abruptly and harshly in front of me: “Don’t sell any single stalk flowers!” This was done without consideration for the staff member’s feelings or the customer. The lady helping me was taken aback but continued to help us pack up our purchase. I feel that the manager’s reaction was rude and uncalled for. It should have been done discreetly. Still, thank you to the nice lady who served us.

I have been purchasing a range of bouquets from Xpressflower Tampines and am really impressed with their great service and their bouquet packaging.
I have been purchasing on Grab from a range of florists recently, but by far, XpressFlower Tampines is my favorite.
From the various photos I've shared, there are a variety of different packaging methods and flower arrangements, all of which show the dedication and creativity of the staff.
My mentor especially commented on the yellow lilies and tulips, as they were really pretty.
Service is awesome. On one occasion, I called in to reserve white lilies and informed them that I would pick up in 1-2 hours. The staff saw that there were yellow lilies available and curated a new bouquet, allowing me more variety to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised, and indeed, the yellow lilies were one of my favorite purchases.
I highly recommend them if you need flowers!

Excellent customer service by Rachel from the Tampines Mall Outlet: arranging a last-minute delivery for me when I was unavailable to drop by the store, and personally delivering the flowers on my behalf!

Excellent customer service from their florist on the morning of 25 September. Had to customize a bouquet to fit with a plush toy, and she was able to design one that fit its constraints. Really satisfied with the quality, despite it being created within 30 minutes and my order being placed only 5 minutes after they opened.
