Firstly great customer service, secondly beautiful flowers and lastly take care of their flowers well. Really recommend this store to other if looking for specific occasions.

Bought a small bouquet of flowers for wife. Flowers look nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only complaint was that flowers got weird smell like dead fish. Do double-check before leave shop

Visited this florist as my 4 year old wanted to buy sunflower for her grandma. We were informed by one of the assistant that since it is peak period for Mother’s Day, only prepacked bouquets are available and they are busy with fulfilling orders. This was fine for us since my kid has limited budget. So I asked if we can purchase a single stalk instead which the assistant nicely said yes and went ahead to cut and pack it for us. Then one of their staff, whom I assumed is the manager or supervisor walked over to the lady who was assisting me and spoke to her abruptly and harshly, in front of me, “don’t sell any single stalk flowers!” This was done without consideration for the staff’s feelings or the customers. The lady helping me was taken aback but continued to help us pack up our purchase. I feel that the manager’s reaction is rude and uncalled for. It should have been done discretely. Still, thank you to the nice lady who served us.
