I saw many reviews mentioning rude staff or bad customer service, but I personally didn't experience any. I came to exchange SGD to VND at 18,500, which I think is a really good rate. If you live in the east and don't want to make a trip downtown to the Raffles Place money exchangers, this is a good alternative.

Poor service attitude. Don't go. My wife walked off, even though the original intention was to buy a chain there. She was scolded just for touching the display set.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I made a purchase online and collected it at the store. The Chinese lady was disgustingly unfriendly; I felt like she hated me for coming to the store! Two days before, I was served by a Malay lady, and she was super sweet. One star goes to her.

Ivy was really patient with me and my sister as we were trying out all the different varieties of watches and deciding which to get. Thank you! 🫶

I enjoyed my time at Swarovski Tampines Mall. 😇🥰🦢🩷💎✨ I would like to compliment the lovely staff member, Nurul' Ain Binte, who assisted me with a pair of carefully sanitized heart-shaped earrings. She provided me with so many positive and kind words. I'm delighted that I was able to get the pair of heart-shaped earrings I had my eye on, and I'm even happier that Nurul’ Ain provided such amazing and professional service. 😻🫶 She also assisted me in finding the perfect spot for photos 📷; bless her heart! 3/9/2023 ✨ My second visit to get the evil eye necklace 🧿 (Swarovski Symbolic pendant; Evil eye, Blue, Mixed metal finish) at Swarovski Tampines Mall was a pleasure. I was once again pampered by the friendly personnel led by Nurul' Ain Binte. When I last bought the Matrix hoop earrings 💖💖 (Heart, Small, White, Rhodium plated), she provided excellent service, as usual. My time buying at Swarovski was made delightful by Nurul's cheerfulness and brightness. 🥰🥰🥰✨ I look forward to my next visit next month to get another piece of jewelry from Swarovski! ✨.🦢💎✨

Went to the store to inquire about a loose bracelet stopper. The unfriendly lady at the shopfront looked completely unwelcoming, but I still approached her for help. I was appalled when she quickly said, "Don't have," without even looking at the bracelet.

The staff who assisted me was very nice and polite (the name on the receipt was Hsiao-ching Iris? She has short, bob-cut hair). She was prompt in providing a solution to my broken necklace chain. Please extend my gratitude to the staff member mentioned above. Thanks!

"The service was really poor. I brought a watch in-store for time and length adjustments, but the staff displayed an indifferent attitude and weren't helpful. I'm not sure if their behavior was due to the watch being purchased at another outlet, but there should be standardized service across all locations."
