Based service attitude. Don’t go. My wife just walk off despite the original intention is to buy a chain there. Being scold by just touching the display set and yet.

Really poor service, brought a watch and went in store for time and length adjustment. But staff display indifferent attitude and wasn’t being helpful. Not sure if the behaviour was due to the watch being purchased in other outlet, but there should be standardised service across.

Went to the store to enquire on a loose bracelet stopper. The chi lady at the shopfront just looked 100% unfriendly but I still approached her for help. Was so appalled when she quickly said 'Dont have' without even looking at the bracelet.

If I could give negative review I would - Made purchase online and collected at the store The Chinese lady was so disgustingly unfriendly, I felt like she hated me for coming to the store! Two days before was served by Malay lady she was super sweet one star goes to her.

3/9/2023 ✨.My second visit to get the evil eye necklace 🧿 (Swarovski Symbolic pendant; Evil eye, Blue, Mixed metal finish) at Swaroski Tampines Mall was a pleasure, and I was once again pampered by the friendly personnel led by Nurul' Ain Binte. When I last bought the Matrix hoop earrings 💖💖 (Heart, Small, White, Rhodium plated), she provided excellent service as usual. My time buying at Swaroski was made delightful by Nurul's cheerfulness and brightness. 🥰🥰🥰✨ I look forward to my next visit next month to get another jewelry from Swaroski! ✨.🦢💎✨

Was at the store to exchange a gift. An older lady staff attended to me 1st and her service was inattentive even though I was the only one at the store. Her tone in service delivery truly upsetting. Another staff Iris came along to help me. Her service was top notch. She suggested recommendations and was so pleasant and helpful. She made me want to shop for more. Thank you Iris for your service. Thank you for making me feel welcome to shop anytime at Swarovski. Swarovski management should take note that staff like Iris is the reason we want to come and shop at your stores. The rest of the staffs there could learn from her. Cheers.
