Don't use their engraving service for the dogtags they sell there. Not cheap, at 50 cents per letter, it looks like someone used freehand to scratch out the letters. Looks really bad.

lol didn't know has a review, and yes the customers service so bad. but only 1 spoiled apple out of others apple. others are ok. maybe it only for shop in for teenager or young people to shop in with a better service. Bias

I went xcraft today ( 10 july 2024 arnd 4pm ish ) to pierce my nose and the lady got the placement SO WRNG i had to draw the dot on my nose for her to pierce . Not only that but she also pierced it way out of the placement where i wanted it to be clearly she did not use the dot as a guide even tho it was there . Secondly the piercer was not patient with me and quickly pierced my nose when i said i was not ready yet after that she blamed that i moved and also told me its ok and proceeded to lie to me & say that she got the placement right . After that she used a alcohol wipe to wipe off the dot that i drew for her to pierce at . This is ridiculous .

Worse place. I need a reply asap. I went down to Tampines X-Craft to get some earrings. Saw a stud for $10. The guy said it was a very good material and all and said it was from Japan. I really liked to stud and got 2 pieces for $20. I went home and try to just put it on. I barely even put it and the stud broke. HOW? so I went to the shop the next day and a female was there. I asked her if anything can be done. She was very rude to me and ask me to just buy another one. Why would I want to spend another $20?? She was extremely rude. In the end she kept the damage earrings without returning to me. What is this?? EDIT HOW TO CONTACT YOU? IT WILL BE EASIER IF U GUYS JUST EMAIL ME

The guy who pierced my ear calmed me down and made the whole process less scary. He said, it's not painful, it will only feel like getting bitten by an ant. And it's not just some lie to get the process over it was actually really not painful. (and this is coming from the person who has a very low tolerance for pain) well I see some reviews saying the service is bad maybe they just got the newbie that was on shift on that day? Idk. Mine was painless and the guy seemed very experienced(like even my scared to death attitude didn't faze him.)

Amazing service. The lady that was doing my piercing today was so proffesional. She made sure the placement of the piercing was good for me and made sure i understood the aftercare. Overall was a very very pleasant experience! Will definitely come back again

The crystal on one of my silver ear stud I bought fell off, so I went back to buy an exact same design as a replacement. The staff is friendly. A female staff helped me find the design I wanted. However, because she was picking them up with the wrong tool (looked like a pair of tongs rather than tweezers), she struggled with them a bit. In the end, the first two that she picked up have some paint scratched off. She picked up a third one with her finger, so that was left unscathed. In the end, I went for the first one that has the paint scratched off because the crystal is clearer. Still thankful that she offered me the choice. A male staff later helped me to coat the ear stud with vanish so that the crystal has a lower chance of falling off. Thankful towards him for going the extra mile.

Pierced my helix here in August n it healed in October. $10 for helix n the lady that did it for me was so nice. I went with my friend n when she saw I was scared she paused n asked if I was ok n wanted to continue. There is definitely a risk when piercing at x-craft but I like my helix alot lol. N I might be back soon to pierce another one, hope it's the same lady

EDIT After replying to my email and getting my side of the story in detail, they helped in rectifying the situation by offering to repierce my ear again. A staff named Solomon was experienced to let me know the pros and cons to the placement and risks of it. Thank you for the positive experience. I'd like to thank the admin and Lester for assisting me. ------------------------------------------------------------- Went today to repierce and I was met with a female staff who kept questioning my ability to take care of a piercing after. Not only that, the placement of the piercing was wrong. I showed her where I wanted it and she still got it wrong. I got so angry that I just used my hands to yank the stud out after walking out. Waste of money and service. I am never going back this outlet again.

It is pretty good, tbh it is my very 1st time pierced my ear and i hold my friend habd really tight end up actually is not pain at all. But it just kijd of scares me haha. But i find it pretty expensive to me.. because the drop itself $1 than the piercing is $5 each.. totao i paid was $11 wowww so expensive .. I only pierced on my lower earlobe. The services is okok.. everything is good just that hahahahahahahha yes kind of expensive ah

Xcraft Tampines - pierced ears here twice. Both experiences has been pleasant, both done by the same lady. She's very nice and knows her stuff. Gave me good advice against piercing more cos it may make you uncomfortable when you sleep. Really appreciate it.
